Free Gifts not received - India Today Book club I have not received my free gifts of Rebbok shoe on purchase of CD set of 2200/- from India Today book club. I have sent several mails and called the customer service several times, every time i get the same reply that it will be deliverd in next 10 days but it is not delivered. I am very disappointed to note that there is no record of the complaint made to the customer service . Every time I call I have to give the full details, the shoe size etc . There is no tracking if the problem is resolved as evert time a new person is there at the customer service to answer the call . This has been going since last 6 months . i would like to submit this complaint. Can you help on this.

India Times Shop Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had ordered a few items from India Times Shop in February 2009 & I have
still not received the material even after making the payment on 25-02-2009.
I have been calling up the customer care since feb 09 & not able to get the
exact status of the order. Every time I call the customer care, I am told
that there is some technical problem & the order will be dispatched within
6-7 days. This is being going on since 2-3 months now.
I have even registered on the consumer court site & logged the complaint but
no response has been received as yet. My login id is Vikram_gerald. My India
time shop order number is 110003030.
Kindly help me in getting my ordered goods.

non reciept of order i have ordered an rebook sports kit for rs 2999/ on 8th oct the order no is 7770061035 as told by their executive
later on on enquiring it is found that your executive has wrongly punched the order no as 777061035 the amount of RS 3199/ has alreay debited to my credit card a/c on 8th oct
but no action has been taken till date though i have also sent my credit card statement for evidence and spoken to their customer care for 10 times`
