Respected Sir / Mam,

We had done some purchases from Reliance Mall in Faridabad " situated on
main Mathura Highway". The purchases were done to qualify for the sure gold
coin that was bein promised on purchases of above Rs 15000/-. In view of the
same we did purchases of ~ rs 18,000. Ever since then we have been visiting
the mall every month and they are giving a future date for distribution of
the coin. Its almost 6 months now and during our last visit the customer
care representative took away our loyalty cards in which the transaction was
recorded, for un known reasons. We luckly had taken a photocopy of the same
for our records.

Today we called up the toll free number and the attendent said that we may
or may not get the coin for un explicable reasons and has once again asked
us to go to the store and meet the manager over there. The employees at the
store and at the call centere have been very in transparent and uh helpfull
through out and this has led to a lot of loss of trust/ faith in such
schemes and also has given a lot of mental and physical stress to my parents
while approaching and communicating to the concerned people.

Request your help and guidance in getting our right and bringing this to the
knowledge of other consumers.
