Dear Sir,
I had purchase one mobile phone (Media G2) from naaptol throgh their advertisement in the daily news paper"The Times of India".
With this advertisement they offered one hot pack lunch kit worth Rs. 250.00 absolutely free if payment made through the credit card.
I have made the payment through credit card for order no 719515 and over the phonr they promised me that the free gift will be couriered along with the consignment.
I have received the consignment i.e. mobile phone but till date I have not received the free gift. When try to contact their customer care, there are no response from customer care even I hold the phone line for almost half an hour several times.
