This is to inform you that, I am taking news paper from DUA news agency since last many years; after the death of the owner last year his brother took over the work and didn't provided us with the gifts which we are liable to get and now he is saying their is some problem with the coupon of HT as the company(HT) has not given him the gifts so he is unable to provide us our gift.
It is true that the company has not given the gifts or is he making a fool out of us as there are many people here who who starts their day with HT news paper and believe in the services of HT.
If he is really cheating on us all I request you to please take strict action against this and cancel his agency.

i am SHEELVANTI . i was purchased a newspaper for last so many years. on 13-3-2011 i was taken the ht special offer schem .... and according to that schem with in 30 days from the date of booking coupons will be couriered at my address but till nw i had not receive the coupons ...so many time i complaint to the customer care but no action was taken ... nd vendor is nw asking for payment ... so pls courier the coupons as soon as possible ... my coupon no. is 903511 contact no. is 0124-2255939 , 9211308180
