installation of inappropriate DUPLICATE and low quality candles/parts
I took the one year service contract from the company (Puricom Water Pvt. Ltd.) for the maintenance of aquaguard (gold model) for Rs. 1200. from 18 Feb 10 to 17 feb 11. Under the Contract receipt 303010 dated 18 feb 10.

Due to low quality candles there are health problems which entire familty has acquired, initially i did not know what could be reason for joint pains, headache and eye irritation to entire family. Then it was narrowed down to water. which we stopped using from the INOVA system fitted with this company provided candles , the symptons of pains and eye irritation disappeared in seven days.
On approaching the puricom company they did not accept that the parts used are substandard and also threaned that 'do what ever you want to'

Despite repeated follow up with the company personnel for the past one month days I have realized that they don't have the suitable parts pertainning to my water-purifying system. to confirm oem (origional equipment Manufature rep was called to verify the parts used. he confirmed that the parts are not origional an hence these problems.

This company needs to be taken to court and their business be stopped forthwith- they are paying with the health of the people. .
