The news paper Vendor of our area collected a cheque of Rs. 999/- for Mail Today as subscription of Mail Today paper for 15 months plus gifts . I am still waiting for the coupon & the gift. One executive spoke to me after 7 days of sending a mail to subscription@mailtoday.in and assured that her senior representative will contact me . But no one contacted me so far. When checked my account I found that Mail Today has already collected the money by depositing the cheque. Today I tried to spoke to Mail Today Execcutive Mr. Saurav 9899920636 (as per the Vendor) but he said that he can not help me. My vendor's name is Virender (Old Faridabad) Mobile No. 9810143603

Sir/Madam,
I have subscribed the mail today for two years last year. I am getting regular copy of mail today till date but free 48 page 3rd anniversary special is not delivered inspite of repeated to requested to hawker. It is strange that such type of offers are denied to the client.
Hawker of the area have got no answer for this except he says sir i will get it delivered since it came late, but till today it is not delivered. It is forcing me to change to other newspaper which have control over his hawkers. looking farward for early reply.
