I, Praveen Kumar, am living at D-2/261, Sultan Puri, New Delhi – 86. This is to inform you that I had signed an agreement with “Mithla Pest Control Services” on 05-Sep-08 only after getting an assurance that you will perform the paste control activity 4 times (on Quarterly bases) within a year in Rs. 1,000/- at my home. But it was done for a single time i.e. last time the paste control activity done at my home was on 05-Sep-08. Therefore the next date for the same activity was due on 05-Feb-09. But your executive didn’t arrive at my home. It is quite unfortunate to write but I must mention that it’s been 2 months now and even after making several calls to you, no action has been taken in this context where as you have been continued promising to me that your executive is going to arrive within 2 days at my home but no body came yet.

I must mention that you have a very poor service as you do not keep your promise. It was your fascinating but false commitment, which attracted me to pay you the full amount for the services to be provided for a year.

I want an answer for each of the questions mentioned below -

1. Why didn’t your executive come at my home?
2. How many days you still want for the next visit?
3. Who will bear the loss for the delay causing damage to my physical entities due to pest at my home?
4. How will you compensate for this delay causing mental harassment to me?
