Complaint Against Khera Motor Driving School, Shop This complaint is against- "Khera Motor Driving School, Shop No-28, Kashmiri Market, R.K. Puram sec-1, New Delhi, Phone-9873021021"
I joined their driving classes on 16/03/2009.. They wanted to take the full amount of Rs1400 on the first day but after negotiation we settled that first day I will give Rs600 and rest on the third day. The time for the class has been freezed from 6:00a.m to 7:00 a.m.Driver came only for the first day and collected Rs 600 from me without providing any receipt. From day-2 the driver did not come without even informing. On day-4 I called up their office to refund my money but some of their employee Priya on phone said that they dont refund money. Even on first day, the behavior of driver was rude and he came late. I was supposed to learn on alto but a santro(in a really bad condition) was sent. Then I talked to another employee of Khera - Ankit, and he promised to return the money by friday evening i.e on 20-03-2009. Today is 11-04-2009, approx. 1 month has been passed.Even after going to their office and talking to owners sanjay and monu, I have not received back my money.
The worst irony is that this school is government approved. I sincerely, request you to take strict action against frauds like them who dont deliver their services and are rude to customers.

Driving School - cheating Dear Sir/Madam
I had asked my Wife to join car driving class. She enquired with Moogambika driving school/ Adyr/Chennai.
They told her to have lady driving she needs to pay Rs. 3500/-. Accordingly she paid the amount by cas. We received cash receipt and Driving school member file.
She went for 2 class only. Due to ny transfer to another city, she had to discontinue the class. Accordingly she had got the permission (oral-over phone from Lady propreitor) to re join after 6 mnths. After 6mnths she inquired about the class, they told her to come after
2 mnths as they were booked with existing class. It happend that everytime she inquired,
she was given same answer. Now last week (14.10.09) i personally wnet to mookambika driving and as them to atleast give 5 to 6 classes and that i will come instead of my wife. They told me to call after diwali and take up the class. When i called them on 22/10/09 again over phone to fix the class, one of the person shouted at me and used abusive language and told that they will not take up the clss for old cases.
I am frustrated as i had paid Rs.3500/- and not allowed to use the class. This is a clear
case of fraud and cheating. I have all the relevant documents with cash receipt and
driving class entry registr.
We paid the fees in March 2007.
Pl. assist so that we can team them a lesson and that same will done be faced by any other Driving school.
