    Angry Eureka Forbes Bad service

    Hi,

    On 25th March 2009 my brother in law purchased one eureka aqua sure (UV). On 30th March 2009 i called call center of eureka and requested them to install the aquaguard. They told me within 48 hrs it will be installed, however till date 7th April 2009 it is not installed. On calling to cutomer care they are telling by tomorrow morning it will be done. Like this they had promised me 4 times but no result. I requested them, i registered complaint but all of no use. They are sometimes giving me one number which is switched off.....other number which no body picks....like this they are just wasting my time and playing with me.
    Please help me on this. I want some serious action on this issue...so that next time onwards people will not be troubled like me.

    Default Quality problem in Aqua Guard's new water purifier

    Hi, I am Pankaj. I am writing this to make you all aware in case if
    you are planning to purchase Aqua Guard's new water purifier "Aqua
    Guard - Sensa" which has facility to purify water with both UV and RO
    filtering techniques. I booked this product and paid the money at
    home itself. Next day the product was delivered by delivery team and
    installation technician came later. While installing the technician
    accepted that he was not aware of the new product and he tried
    installing. Some of the parts he could not instal and left the
    machine switched on. Due to leakage of water inside because of faulty
    installation, the electrical control system of the machine got
    damaged. Also the front transparent panel showing the water level of
    the storage tank broke off from the tank. They later brought another
    machine, this time with some so called expert technician, but this
    time also the front panel broke off at the same place. Meanwhile I
    asked them to cancel my order and refund my money as I lost
    confidence on thsi product and was not finding it worth its cost (Rs
    17900/-). They then brought the third machine and installed in my
    absence when I was not at home and gone to office. This time they
    claimed that they have brought the machine after thorough testing.
    After returning from office, I found that there is a small crack at
    the same place where the front panels broke off for earlier machines.
    Now again I am chasing after those people to cancel my order and
    refund my machine. So if you are planning to go for this machine,
    please ensure about the quality of the product.
