HI I am Arnab. I am from Kolkata and my mobile number is 9903390586. I was using Airtel for a long time but recently I have shifted to Aircel by using mobile number portability service. Since then I am receiving huge number of unnecessary telemarketing calls from aircel(Daily on and average 10 Calls ).
So I decided that I will Register DND by sending "START 0" to 1909 but when I am sending this SMS then and there I am receiving a sms from Aircel that "You are not a valid aircel customer". I have also discussed with Aircel Customer care but they are not responding on my complain.
So I am requesting you to please take care on this issue because many users like me is facing so much problem for that.

I am a businessman, stay at Navsari town, Navsari i a well developed town of Gujarat. I am using Aircel since 5 months. bus from the starting itself the service is very poor.
Though i am in network, but for the caller it shows out of coverage. Moreover many times if i call, i am unable to make a call. sometimes i have to try 8-10 times OR many a times i need to restart my phone.
The customer care executive says Aircel is using LEASE network & this problem would remain same. the lease network is of DOCOMO.
pl do not get Aircel, thou its cheaper in call rates.

Dear sir, last week I noticed that aircel is charging more money than my sellected plan ie. 1paisa/sec. Regarding same I talk with aircel 0n 121 number, and I got information that aircel changed my plan to 30paise/call(per 60sec) without my permmision. B'cause of this plan about Rs.1/- I am spending more per day. I requested aircel 4 days continously, including their senior Mr. santosh on 198 number, that to stop this plan & refund my money to my phone balance, but very kindly aircel is saying that we will change the plan but will not reverse amount. But still today my both complaints are not solved.
I am not a only coustomer of AIRCEL, Hope there are about lack/crore of connections and aircel is robbing approx 1 rupee/day == 1lach/1crore per day.
Please do needful, to stop such corruption

I have a connection of aircel mobile no.is 9914407529 which is portable from idea.i submit all the verified documents in the aircel distibuter.bt after 1 month my connection can't work properly.i requested in their custmer care.bt no satisfied answer.They refused my request.Even dealer or distibuter disconnect my call.please help me.

Aircel and some other networks is try to extract balance from costumeRS simply by activating value added services non notifically
they also use links in every internet pages to subscribe for game and other packs
this link will appear nearer to download option in every page if the user wrongly click it once them they start exploitating them
my problem is also like this

I had requested to change my 2 postpaid AIRCEL connections to prepaid connection as I will be moving out of the country soon. I submitted all the necessary documents and paid money for converting postpaid to prepaid. I also have cleared all my bills till date. they said it will take 24 hrs to do the change. Its been 3 days now and still they did not do it. When I call customer care(almost 20 times), they always say their application is down and they cant check. They ask me to walk to the aircel office in Saidapet if I want any information. I have personally been to the office @ saidapet twice to follow up..but still they say application is down and they cant do anything about it. I really dunno how they can keep on saying application is down always and ignoring the customer request. The WORST service I have ever seen. If their application is always down , they can just shut down their mobile service provider business and do something else which suits them.

"DD-Etopup 207: TRANSACTION NUMBER ORR 12011313491000077 TO RECHARGE 68 INR IS SUCCESSFUL. PLEASE CHECK YOUR BALANCE." BUT I COULD NOT GOT THE BALANCE. I TRY THE CUSTOMER CARE NO. 198 ON THAT DAY MADAM WHICH WAS IN DUTY SAYS NOW I AM NOT GETING ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THIS THIS WILL COME AFTER 4HR...
AFTER 4HR I WILL TRY AGAIN (NO. 198) BUT "IT WAS SAYING THAT ALL THE MEMBERS ARE BUSY PLAESE TRY AGAIN LATER" TILL NOW.

Normally it will happens due to Server Busy/Network problem and here you didn't mentioned that from which site
you had recharged. If you used a private site Please check failed transaction status.
I recharged by aircel number 8285810848 on 03/03/2012 thru aircel website, it showed a recharge successful with Transaction Id : DL0312326924 and bill desk transaction Id : MHDF2696529925, but the amount is not credited in to my aircel number and money got deducted from my bank account.
please do something about this. here is the snapshot of transaction successful.
