I was enticed to book on-line some Cds of classical singers by paying the whole amount to Living Media India Ltd. through credit card. on 29.09.08. I was alloted order no.OGA080113329 & membership no.ITBC 08655054. I was promised to get the delivery within 3-4 weeks. But more than 5 months have passed & I'm yet to get the delivery. I have mailed atleast 20-30 times to all of them including ITBC CEO Vivek Gaur & Prabhu Chawla. As per their demand, I have sent both hard & soft( scanned) copies of the credit card statement. But each time it seems they are playing with me as each time a new person is answering my mail & requesting me to send all relevant details. I have concluded , they are cheats & robbing people with a mask of India Today group. This organisation must be banned & must compensate for the mental agony & the money they have taken with full interest.

I have exactly the same experience. The government, the group are silent on the isuue. So called consumer forum are also mum on this. If so many people are being cheated by India Today, there will be a day when on some trigger all the offices and bookstalls keeping India today will be attacked by mob. Probably then the group or Government will wake up.

I hold mobile no. +91-96462-27227 of above company . I took this number in July , 2009 . I recharged huge amounts in October and November , 2009 as I was busy in my daughter`s marriage and tours of Gujarat and Maharashtra states . When I recharged with Rs. 500 and above the co. deducted amounts this or that way .They started chating , gurvani etc about my consent . Once they send an sms , when I opened this sms , they deducted Rs. 90 . I recharged Rs.625 on 12/11 and Rs.65 for concessional rates. I was not given concessions.

Again , I recharged Rs.332 but I got sms of Rs. 248 in Pune on 29/11 . Then I again recharged for Rs.332 on 2/12/2009 at Pune and I recvd a sms of Rs. 161 . Then I recharged for Rs. 200 in Punjab and got sms of Rs.176 . I perserved these sms but they deleted from my sms box when I threatened the consumer care executive on phone to go consumer court . There dealing was very rough . They do not know that I perserved the receipts of the recharging .

I think these few companies are looting the people in millions which can be proved .The government must appoint a judicial commission regarding this . Thanks.

Refer to the Order ID : 1001838828.I have made payment using credit card and received a pair of shoes. However, and at the time of booking there was an offer that the person making payment by credit card will get one watch free with the shoes. Sir, since I made payment by using credit card so I was suppoed to get the watch also. But I have not received the watch despite of several reminders to the company.

Please take action against BagitToday and punish the company for thier false promises. Also, help me to get me a watch as promised by the company.

we purchased somthing from India Today [Bag it Today] . But when we not received that goods then they told amount would be returned back. I Got a call from India Today [Bag it Today] and asked for credit card details. When i gave him all the details they deducted 13990/- from my credit card. I got refrence number from my bank in which India Today [Bag it Today] has deducted amout from my card.

Pls let me know how that amount would be refunded back.

Also i will suggest all the readers/viewers to not purchage anything from India Today [Bag it Today] . This is fraud company. Always try to neglect/reject all the call if u get from India Today [Bag it Today] .

Please do also log-in your complaint at the official website of UP-Police. Or else forget the Money ... Id bagittoday had to return, they wouldn't have done this sort of behaviour.
