I booked an advt in oct 2008 with above company for their directory.

At the booking time their executive commit me that they will issue the directory in dec08. Till date i am not getting any copy of directory.

So on 28th feb 09 i asked them for refund of booking amt Rs 13483/- becuase of false committment.

Today i reced a letter from their CEO that they are unable to refund the above said amt.

i request you to help me in above said matter.
