energy in trying to get payment. She has disappeared and it must be her
profession to fool people.

Approach the relatives to whom you delivered the material and harass them. Tell
them that you will lodge a police case, Make them a party to this fraud. Did you
get a receipt for the material from the relatives

Firstly you should not have delivered any material to an unknown peron. How do
you know that the people who cheated you are NRIs. They may be be indians and
possibly from your town. Examine the possibilty of filing a case with the
police. I am sure you have been cheated by locals only

Do U have any Receipt of Delivery of Goods to Them, Any Challan, any Invoice,
Name of the Address where the Goods are delivered, Acknowledgement of the People
who have accepted Ur Delivery of Goods. may be that should help u

they are not local people...whenever we call that lady for the payment at her
cell (canadian number) she sometimes picks the call and say will send the
payment in a couple of days...
