I have complaint for my fridge not working OK (very low cooling) on dated 29-07-10 with complaint no-HR0710011704. In between I have checked my fridge for gas from outside service provider. He only cut side pipes of compressor reply for compressor not working OK. I have told the person to let it as fridge has warranty of compressor from whirlpool.
When Whirlpool service provider Mr. Naeem Mirza ( 9899159340) come, he refuse for the warranty without fact that compressor not touch for any disturbance.
I again log complaint - HR0810003505 for this to register to check only compressor warranty, This time also same reply and complaint close without check actual condition of fridge condition.
Pl instruct to rechecks the fridge for warranty of compressor & get it corrected in warranty. If company find any issue in compressor due to cut of pipes, I will pay all service charge ( Facts should be logical and technical ). other wise pl give me freedom to burn this fridge in front of whirl pool company.with banner “ This is made of poor quality”
Father gave this in law in my marriage; It was not used since purchase. It was used only from last sixth month and now it is not working. From date of installation it is consuming lot of electricity without cooling. Earlier we are using our old fridge worked for 14 year without any defect.
Daily since this fridge not working we are getting minimum 50 to 100 Rs food waste in such a high price time.
