I had opted for timesjob services for submitting my resume with consultants all over india through timesjob.com.Infact it was timesjob.com which called me for subscribing to their above mentioned services.After getting the required information from them I agreed to avail their services and submitted Rs.1319 in cash to one of their representative in Chandigarh who came to my house to collect the cash and handed over me the receipt for the same on 31st July 2010.He assured me that i will get a call from timesjob.com in half an hour and i would be provided an order cum customer ID on my mail.I waited for the call but there was no call,So I decided to call Mr.Vipin Yadav Sales manager at Timesjob.com who answered my call saying that he had left the office and taht he would call me on monday.On Monday also,I waited till afternoon for the call but there was none.o I decided to call him up, he said that he will call me back after 10 mins,but again there was no call,when i made several calls to him on Monday he kept on delaying it saying call me after 10 mins. This went on similarly on tuesday,wednesday so on till saturday,with a total of approximately 28-30 calls wherein I was several times asked to call the next day and the phone was disconnected.On friday when I mentioned about approaching consumer court,One of the persons there assured on the phone that I will get the ID by friday evening,I waited till saturday and even till today i.e Monday night.But still no call from them and no customer ID being sent to me on my mail.I feel cheated and have been treated in the worst possible manner as a customer who is denied of the right to even know about his order status.The problem is they dont have an office or branch in Chandigarh.Its in Noida Only.So I can only interact with them through phone which has been proved useless as they disconnect it as soon as I mention my name or ask about my order status.I have the receipt for the amount paid and receipt number.What should be my further course of action.Please help.
