This is for your information that, I got the number of Electrolux fridge repair dealers through Just Dial -011-22222222.The just dial give the address and telephone no is mention below Sai electronics-B-204,part-1 Lajpat nagar delhi-110024 and telephone no is-7503773927, 9711143644.The person came on 30/04/2011 for reparing of Fridge at this Address-C-2/136,Satya marg Chankyapur delhi.He replace the pcb replasment at the cost@8000/-.Still few hours fridge is not working and the person came for reparing the fridge he is not pick the phone and when we go this address of lajpat nagar delhi,the persong give the wrong address.He is not live in this address.



Now I want My 8000/-rupess,tell me what is the procedure How to get my money .please reply and get back to me.

IN SPITE OF SEVERAL TIMES WE HAVE INFORMED TO THE JUST DIAL ORGANISATION, THEY ARE SENDING THE LEADS TO US WHICH IS IRRELAVATED ENQUIRIES TO US.
WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS FOR JUST DIAL FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS FOR CATERING SERVICE LEADS. sO FAR NEARLY ABOUT 2.5 LCKS WE HAVE INVESTED TO THIS ORGANISATION. KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY STEP TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE.

This is regarding the Allied Trade Masters Rohini Sec-5 branch....I got the number from Just dial to renew my car insurance ..On 16th Nov.2011....an executive came from Allied Trade rohini sec- 5 and collected money from me...on 19th nov. my insurance got expired ....Till now it's almost 20 days and my insurance has not been renewed by Allied Trade Masters Rohini Sec-5 ..and every day i'm getting different excuses ...I'm really sick of their services..I have never faced such bad vendor in my entire life....They are not ready to give their company's owner number to escalate the issue...People setting at the Allied Trade Masters Rohini Sec-5 branch...just playing with customers expectations..Just need an answers who would be liable if anything goes wrong…since my insurance has already been expired..

i am karampal from M/s Om Internatiuonal packers & movers i have a contract with just dial contract no. 22797 dt. 3.11.2011 of Rs. 7942/- .before contract just dial sales team leader from chandigarh branch miss ropali sethi says to me that they will give me 5 to 10 enquires per day but now she says that you have done a small payment and you have to pay a huge amount of payment for that we will give u enquires but now i want to cancel my contract with cheater company and my payment back pls. give me some ideas

kindly informing you that, i have signed the contract with just dial on 30.6.2010 in the name of my company GRAYCARD. Gomathi whas the person who was in touch with me through telephone and Amjath from sales department came to my office and gave false promises that justdial will provide me minimum 4 costumer cals in a day. i paid Rs 8597/- for first six months and rest as easy pay on month basis. i haven't got any phone calls form justdial and there is no respond from Amjath whenever i tried calling him. i have given complaint to just dial regarding this issue. i am following with gomathi regarding this issue aswell. she is just blaming Amjath for his false promises. after signing contract , everyday am callling justdial for this issue but there is no proper responds. Amjath said if am not satisfied with the service i can terminate the contract any time and money will be refunded, but Gomathi says that i can terminate the contract any time but justdial wont refund the money back. i clearly giving a statement that , if am not getting the money back after terminating the contract , immediately, legal course of action will be taken on justdial and the employees who gave false promises.

iam not satisfied with just dial services. i would like to terminate the contract with just dial , i have spoken to Lakshmi , sales manager - chennai branch , regarding this issue. i need the payment i done for 6 months. if justdial fails to pay my money back in 48hrs time ( working/non working) i would like to take this issue on a legal way. Lakshmi (sales manager- justdial chennai, Gomathi, Amjath) where the employees of justdial, are in touch with me regarding this issue.

i have spoken to subulakshmi ( sales manager ,chennai) regarding the termination of contract with just dial. i never seen a unprofessional behavior by anybody else in the profession of disconnecting up the call while talking to the costumer. i would like to take this issue to the branch head and take appropriate action in refunding the money with compensation or i would like to go on a legal way with justdial for its false promises and unprofessional behavior by the employees ( subulakshmi , Gomathi, Amjath.)

subject to our meeting at your office today by 13.45 , i have given a written complaint to you ( sathish kumar , branch manager - just dial) to refund the money invested by GRAYCARD , varun baskar 'photographer' of Rs.8,597/- for just dial service to GRAYCARD. am not satisfied with justdial on their service and continuously been given false promises. the written complaint was received by Sripriya.k (CSE) just dial. As mentioned in the written complaint , i want just dial to refund the money of Rs 8,597/- with in 24 hours , if justdial fails to refund the money in 24 hours , the issue will be taken on a leagal way , subjected to false promises ,cheating the costumer and for thier unprofessional behavior.

i would like to have a mail confirmation on the written complaint i have given to your branch manager Mr. sathish , and to your vice president on friday 16.7.2010 , about the termination of contract with just dial and refund the amount of Rs 8,597/- .you have promised me that justdial will take necessary steps promised by Mr.amjath sales representative and Gomathi ( the promise made by them was briefed in the written complaint to Mr. sathish branch manager) regarding the service , if am not receiving the proper business calls ( en quires) or if just dial fails to serve GRAYCARD with their phone services , I will terminate the contract immediately and the amount or Rs 8,597/- should be refunded immediately with in 24 ( working/ non working) hrs other than government holidays.

if justdial is not able to provide GRAYCARD a good service as promised by their employees of justdial on or before 23.7.2010 , i will be terminating the contract on 23.7.2010 by 5pm and with in 24 hrs justdial should refund the amount of Rs. 8,597/- to varun baskar GRAYCARD. if just dial fails to refund and terminate the contact or extending the time to terminate the contract and to refund the money , necessary steps will be taken to sort the issue on a legal way.

Note: i have already given a written complaint to Mr.satish , branch manager that i would like to terminate the contract on 9.7.2010 and just dial should refund the money with in 24hrs. Mr.satish requested extend the time to 36 hrs on 11.07.2010 , later this issue was take n to vice-president Justdial and he promised to take the issue seriously and Mr. balasubramani was sent to my office to solve this issue.

GRAYCARD or VARUN BASKAR will not address or meet any officials in the future on this issue of terminating the contract with justdial. I have followed with Mr. amjath , Gomathi, Sathish, balasubramani , and finally with the vice-president of Just dial Mr. rajiv.

Justdial is Fraud Service We paid for Rs5000/- 6 months.As they are not giving any leads.We got only 10 leads those are not real leads these people are calling.Single response also not there.Its waste of money.Don 't pay the money and not become a paid customer to Justdial.

my name is maya mehta registered with the company name by maya r mehta with just dial ...there was a client of mine who had some personal issues with me regarding the services she asked me and i did not cater her as she owns me 50000rs for earlier services...as this is between me and my client she went and wrote negetive comments on just dial review box..where she is not even just dial client..i am paying just dial every month 3600 for the service and sharon from just dial customer care instead of listening to me in conferance call with my client she posted that complint in fever of my client..first of all the issue is between me and my client why just dial have to get in to all this where they just could have ignored this issue that female sharon wanted to get in to this issue and do a favour of my rival..this is just not done ..tomorrow any one can come and write anything about me on my profile and just dial peaople just going to post the reviews...it takes years to develope a reputation and company like just dial just dont care about their clients problen..are they high court or suprim court or they are some kind of judge...who has given them this opportunity to post the complain on my prfile withouth listening to me ..and this is my personal matter with that client i would have sorted my way..why the hell just dial got in to all this where in they could have just said that this is between me and my client not between my client and just dial...i am a fool now who sitting with this ambaressment on my just dial wall and without getting a sinle penny from my client so here the truth fails and lie wins just coz of just dial team(sharon)..i just want consumer court to taje some seriouse action against JUST DIAL pvt lts the search engine
