Pure it Water Purifier -Not working (Dump) Dear Sir/Madam,
I had posted my complaint day before yesterday about my water purifier of Hindustan Uniliver Ltd. (Pure it). Your service personnel came to me and rectified the problem on temporary basis. After half an hour, it has again become dump. Presently, it is not in working condition. The personnel said, the upper chamber of the water-purifier is out of order and i will replace it. But next day he came again, but he had no component for changing. In fact, he demanded us, to give any old upper chamber. It means, he has changed the upper part but damaged one and our water purifier is not working.The water in these days we are drinking is not safe. It contains bacteria and germs. Who will pay for our health. So please send your service personnel again and replace the desired component. Please do the needful at the earliest.

complaint about your purifier i am ujwala sawant from panvel. i had a problem with the purifier pure it which is costing 1100rs and no complesion of one year and now its purification is compleately stopped. i am changing that recharge but still its not working. your company is created so many faulty pices because i am bying two purifier but it is not working within one year. how u can provide your services your company is given me so many features but i am not satisfy with your service and product. now i am not given reference to any of my friend for pure it. dont bye. because we are middle class family every time u will get 1100 rs. we are suffering from so many problems with your pure it.
