I purchased a domain jatanias.com from Times Internet Ltd last year.
The domain had an yearly subscription. It expired last month. The Times people dont even remind the customer about the renewal. As a result, the domain has got expired. They dont even have a facility for online renewal of the domain once it expires.
And the worst part is they are responding to phone calls and emails. All my efforts(time and money) spent in contacting them are waste.
And they have withhold the domain so I cant even purchase the domain from any other vendor.
I have spent huge amounts in advertising for my website and now the website is down because of this reason.
Kindly help me out as Im losing many customers.
