    Question Internet service not installed

    I had subscribed to Reliance Wimax internet service on 18th of February 2009. They said that they will install the system in 21 days and after 2 months i am still waiting for the connect from Reliance. I had called the call centre 5 time and they tell that they will install the system in 4 days. They had taken two cheques in favour of RCIL amounting to Rs. 1500/-. Both the cheque have been credited to RICL and yet my internet connection is not installed.
    Please help me in this regard.
