    Dear Sir

    I have complained Suvidhaa Services Ltd. on dated 3 Feb 2010 about harassment by

    them on 26 feb 2010. Although that complaint was resolved but it was not fully resolved. They

    promissed me to refund all the dues (Rs. 3000) by 15 of the april 2010. Its 3rd of

    July 2010 and i haven't recieved any refund yet. Furthermore, without any

    notification and without my knowledge they changed my distributor.Now i don't have

    any contact number to contact him. I need to recharge balance but i am helpless.

    I have been harassed again. I tried to ask my previous distributor to help me out.

    He tried to help but he was also helpless because my franchise networld computer,

    franchise code 19617 wasn't in the list. I tried to contact customer care but

    surprisingly they denied to help me.Then i contact Area Sales Incharge Sachin

    Goyal for help but he also refused to help till 5 feb 2010. Irresponsible services

    of Suvidhaa cost me a lot.
    so i lost my customers..

    Please Help me..

    Dear Sir.

    I was having two issues thats why i filed a complaint. But now my both of issues has been resovled.
    1. Distributor Mapping has been done. & now i m mapped with the new distributor (Sachin Kumar , 463).
    2. About Refferel incentive promised by SE Shyam Kumar & ASM Shashi Prakash. Today 1 (for Rs. 1000 ) refferal has been put in to my ID.& the issue is resolved. ASM Ashish Bharadwaj, TSI Sachin Goyal, SE Shyam kumar Came to me to resovled the problem.

    Now I M satisfied with all the things.

    i compaint in suvidha services .my complaint no is 126218. my problem is dish tv recharge e pin no. this e pin no is 3366299462705144, rs 250 is not recharge & another one is 9178358818114092, rs 250 is also not recharge please help me & solve out this problem thanks

    23/08/2010. Come your agent my shop and his people say to 5000 in all facility. This time i am pay the amount. After 8 days come your engimear his people say to me 5000 in not alloud railway .i am purchaase your sofetwere specily railway ticket. This time your agent not sayto 5000 in not availbal. Your agent chit to me.
    So i request to you please return my amount either i am complain the police staion

    Sir,
    I repetedly contacting your customercare through e-mail and phone but all in vain.
    Still now the above PNR balance not updated for which I facing trouble with customer
    as they new from railway that the payment has been already given back and they think I cheat with them. Now tell me what is my fault? How I am facing them ? Some customers
    threatning me that they will complain to consumer forum against me. So, it is my humble request to you please solve the aforesaid problem as early as possible.

    i complaining suvidhaa your world of services was very bad.i have given ten thousand rupees in the year 2009 to dharmraj and shishir but i have not got your services.this two person have promise us for launching a new franchicy in antophill sangham nagar but they both have not come to provide the services of suvidhaa till right now.so please sir sent your feedback as soon as possible because i want to start your services as soon as possible.please sent your salesman to start up our services.I was talk with your customercare and they gives as a reference no.367426.we wating for your feedback.so sent your salesman to this address.

    hello
    i have a big problem.. 3/12/2011 ko idea cellular 9575436803 number pr 25Rs ka recharge karaya but abhi tak recharge nahi aaya maine 3 mail bhi kiye but koi response nahi mila . idea customer care se baat ki is number pr recharge ke baare jankaari li to unhone kaha ki abhi tak koi 25 ka recharge nahi hu . mere ID se 25Rs ka transaction ho chukha hai plzz what i do sir
