I want to file a case of cheating against Y-Axis immigration company . I registered with Y Axis 2 months back for filing my PR for Canada. Now there is a pause on application that is been applied by Canadian Govt so applications cannot be filed.
Y Axis is not returning the amount back. The amount taken is 56000 INR.
They have cheated us and not even retuning the money now.
Kindly help me file a complaint against them.

Dish TV increasing package charge every month
I am Dr. Arunima Kumari taken Dish TV connection at my home address e-20 old gupta colony Delhi-9. I have taken special package of Rs.350 and my date of recharge was 9th every month. On June/2012 without any prior information, Dish TV provider increase there re-charge value from Rs.350 to Rs.360. when I Re-charged my connection on 9th june 2012 I got the massage "next due date is 8th july 2012. I called Dish Tv customer help line their the fellow said " You have paid 350 instead of 360 that why". then i said why 360 they said that now re-charge value increased and its became 360Rs. I said OK. Today is 9th july. i am late by just one day. By rule i have to pay fine for a day like 21Rs. according to their rule. But after re-charging(Rs. 360) as usual i got the massage "you successfully re-charge next due date is 4th August 2012" and re-charge value is Rs.380. That means Dish TV provider increase recharge value from Rs. 350 to rs. 360 in June and from Rs.360 to Rs. 380 in July. when I called on help line they said "now value is Rs. 380". Very cleverly now Dish Tv provider imposing fine Rs. (21*5=105)+Rs20=Rs 125 instead of rs.21+(380-360=20)Rs.= Rs.41. Please consider my case and and take an action against this.

complaint against baggit
I got a promotional call from baggit on 6th july2012 they were offering holiday vouchers along with gifts such as blackberry mobile phone if we buy one voucher worth 6000/- and a hcl laptop if we purchased two vouchers. I liked their offer and booked two vouchers and made the payment. As soon as getting their payment they refused about the gifts they were offering the representative simply refused the gifts.Payment for one of the voucher was made to them as soon as i learned about their truth i stopped the payment for the second voucher and requested them for cancelling my order for which i had paid them unknowingly about the real offer.For the sake of just selling their offer they lied to me. Now i have been calling them for the past 4 days to know the status of my cancelled order and when will i get my money back but every time they say i would be getting a verfication call for the cancellation of the order but till now i havent recieved any.Sir/madam please help me out with this.My order id is 1017975626 and the order is registered on my fathers name Mr.Pankaj dewan.i request you to resolve this matter as soon as possible

Orien tele serives not returning my cell fone from last 2 months
I m Madhvi Khanna, leaving in New delhi.
I bought I cell fon Nokia - c6-00 from Rohini cell guru (g-25, vikar surya mall, m2k rohini , delhi .. ph- 9871152774)(tin no. 07190401414)Bill costing 12499(11500 cell fone cost and 999 v-care pack)dates 31 july 2011.. v-care pack gives us a 2 year warranty or brekaing damage and ligiud damages.. I sent my cell fone on 10th may2012 job card number 6448 to Vcare they retrun it on 4th june 2012.. while its wriitten on their Job card that it ill be return with in 7 to 14 days . while they retrun the cell fone was not propley repaired I send the cell fone again on 15th june job card number 6983.. and now its been 1 month they are not returning my cellfone and they also havnt given me the subsitute sellfone .. I m bearing heavy losses in my proffsiion life. please help me to get my cell fone back. thank you

Complaint against air india
Im writing this mail regarding the air india call centre associate who gave wrong info abt my booking,thus costing me a huge penalty at the Goa airport,please look in to the matter .
I am maj abhishek chaudhary ,an army offr presently serving in j&k. I had done a booking through make my trip ON 3RD JUNE as mentioned below
1. DEL TO GOA DATE 22 jun12,FLT NO AI 659 DEP DELHI 1700H
ARR GOA 2120H.
2. GOA TO DEL DATE 27JUN FLT NO AI 660 DEP GOA 1500H
ARR DEL 1900H.

On 18th june 12,i called up the air india toll free no 18001801407 at 1727 GMT, and spoke to customer care executive
( id no BOM121 8912, as per the details taken frm airindia cusotmer care office at igi airport newdelhi). i requested him for a change of my arrival booking date from goa i.e. instead of 27th june 2012 i requested for 25th june 2012 0700h morning flt frm goa to delhi. The indl told me the extra charges and said tht my request has been sent and i have to go to one of the air india offices to pay the extra amt.he categorically told me tht my booking will be changed only after i pay the extra amt within 24hrs. Thereafter i called up air india toll free no again at about 0700hGMT(APPROX) next day i.e. 19th june12.i had then changed my mind and wanted my booking to be same i.e from goa to del on 27th june AI 660 1500H FLT. The indl on phone confirmed it to me that my bookings have not changed so far and they are the same what i had booked initially as i hav not paid any extra charges so far. (the details of this conversation are not shown in the history details i got frm igi newdelhi).
On 20th june i called up your tollfree no again and spoke to one of the customer care executive to reconfirm my bookings to avoid any confusion.details of the call as per the history taken from igi newdelhi are as under:
BOMAI 9988 AT GMT 1130H.
The indl confirmed it to me that my bookings are same i.e. departure frm del by AI659 ON 22 JUN 1700 and DEP from goa by AI 660 ON 27 JUN 1500H. Also though i was calling from my personal no 9622219060,but i didnt get any cal or sms of any changes in my original bookings. But i got the shock of my life when i reached goa on 27th jun for checking in.i was told tht my booking was of 25th jun 0700h flt and now if i have travel by this flt i need to pay a penalty of Rs 7444 . I and the air india staff at goa tried calling the customer care but as time was running out so i was advised by the duty manger at goa, Mrs Desai to pay the penalty now and take up the matter at newdelhi. since i was travelling with my wife nd not boarding the flt would have caused a lot of inconvienience to us thus i decided to pay Rs 7444 and boarded the flt AI660 ON 27TH JUNE at 1500h.
After landing at delhi i went to the air india customer care office and the gentlemen there was kind enough to provide me with the above mentioned history details. I would like to mention here again that all my call were made by my personal mobile no 9622219060.
The unnecessary financial loss being forced on me and embarassment at goa airport caused because of wrong info provided by the airlines customer care office is absolutely uncalled for and me being an govt empoyee cant afford such unnecessary losses without any fault of mine.
May i therefore request you to kindly check the call details if you have any doubt about my narration and take necessary action in order to ensure refund of the unwarranted penalty(Rs 7444) i had to pay, at the earliest. Your early efforts would be highly appreciated and would be a step for the welfare of a soldier .

I am working with ZTE Telecom India Pvt. Ltd. but as outsource manpower and on roll of RN Infra Tech Pvt Ltd.As per my offer letter compnay have to pay my salary on before 10th date of every month.But since last 4-5 month they are not paying salary on time every time giving new excuses. They are saying ZTE is not paying them means there is a dispute Between RN and ZTE(Customer and Vendor respectively).But why should i hamper for that i must receive my salary n time as i am working there continuously and giving my approved attendance sheet on time.
please suggest me to resolve this issue legaly.

Disconnect services without intimation and never send bill
Dear Sir, I am Deepika Gautam, want to inform you that a reputed telecom company MTNL disappoint me too much.
I haven't receive my mobile bill from April 2011, I complaint about it to customer care but by Dec 2011, there was no positive response.
Then I mail to "firstname.lastname@example.org" and received Dec 2011, Jan & Feb 2012 bill.
Along with this I registered my mail id to receive online bill, its reference id is SCID 170512-18.
But after that they forgot to send bill and disconnect some services without any intimation. I tried to contact customer care but that is not done.
I request you to take appropriate action against MTNL bill department.
Hope to receive positive reply as soon as possible.

Non receipt of excise refund maruti swift dzire 13 vehicles
We have purchased 15 Maruti Dzire LXI/LDI from Magic Automobile (Maruti Dealer) Sector-9, DMRC station Dwarka, New Delhi.110075. These cars are commercially registered through the dealer and all the relevant documents were provided. We have not received excise refund for 13 Cars so far more than 1 year elapsed. We have lodged the complaint with Maruti customer care vide complaint No7808302728 dt. 14 May 2012. Maruti has not responded till date in spite of our reminders. Kindly advise and help.

Fraud NGO Rastriya Jan Kalyan Sewa
I am Hitendra Singh Rawat from Srinagar Garhwal Uttarakhand has been cheated by a fraud NGO name Rastriya Jan kalyan Sewa, South EX., New Delhi.
The NGO had published a Notice for the vacancy in a reputated News paper Amar Ujala in the month March 2012. In that Add. the opening are block Development officer, distt, development officer any many other etc. I had applied for the vacancy of Block Development Officer. The NGO had contact me on my mobile No. and converse me regarding the pay and willingness about the destination for the Job. after that I got a appointment letter by the NGO on 18 May 2012. In that they demanded me Rs. 6300 for the training and other exp. charges. I Send the draft of Rs 6300 on 28 May 2012 with document regarding the post.
Then after that they did not do any contact with me. then after one week I call on the mobile and landline no. both but there is not any respond.
Sir I request U to take a suitable action on the above issue.
Hope that this will give me a positive response.

Inconveince for travel
I was booked my ticket from Ananad Vihar Bus Stop, New Delhi to Satellite Bus stop, Bareilly as on 15th of July, 2012 through Make my Trip by online. Booking was done at 7 pm, 14th of July, 2012, and a sum of amount (Rs. 348/-) was deducted from my HDFC bank a/c. After booking I didnít get any sms or mail till next day.
Next day on 15th of July, 2012 at 12.30 pm I had word with Mr Pradeep Kumar through customer care Number 1800 102 8747 (Make My Trip), and he told me that your bus booking reservation isnít confirm, and your amount will be refunded, but still I didnít get refunded, following copy has been attached.
Caused of this unconvinced I was faced financially, economically, physically and mentally difficultly. Due to this I lost a business opportunity.
Kindly take a needful and strong action toward it.

not refund the claim by royal sundaram
We have purchase the health insurace (mediclaim ) from last 4 years in royal sundaram alliance insurance company limited but he will ask me your claim outside delhi but policy covers in whole india our accident in himachal i have sending all papers to the department of royal sundaram two month back i have ask several time he is saying your claim will relief from outside delhi
Please provide me the claim in delhi

i bought hp mini 210 on 4/June/2012 and from the very first day i was seeing a horizontal line at top of the display. Initially i ignored but after 20 days that line increased and keyboard also become dysfunctional.
then on 3/July/2012 i made a complaint to hp service center. The executive came and replaced the keyboard and tried to put new LCD.
Even after assembling new LCD that line continue to exist. When he started window mouse pad become dysfunctional.
He opened lappy 4 to 5 times and then said problem is not of display i.e. hardware but it is of software( but not confirmed).
I said before opening you should have first confirmed the problem.
Later they took my unit to service center.after 4 days said they want to format the computer then that problem will be resolved.
I ask them to replace that defective unit by new unit as the problem is from the first day.
HP manager is not listening to me and saying they replace only with in 14 days of purchase not beyond that.
What should i do?
will the consumer court will help me?
