I have purchased a sensorfor my vehicle Bajaj Pulsar DTSI from one of the shop in the local market.

After taking the sensor to nearby worshop but it didnt worked.

So i took it back to the shopkeeper but he refused to replace it or take it back, he said that once the box is opened he has no responsibility of changing it or sending it back to the company.

I have suffered a lot and then i purchased a local sensor from other vendor.

Guide me how can i recover the money back and who is responsible for such malpractices in the market as the spare part is of bajaj auto compnay.

I am attachig the scanned copy of the product and bill for you reference.

Also i have approached your customer care and they are not able to help in this regard as they told that the shop is not an authoried dealer of bajaj spare parts sale so they canot take any action.

Give me the solution along with compensation else i will have to file the case in consumer forum.

Request you to solve this problem at the earliest.

Bank seased my home and not ready to accept any letter and not agree to talk on this matter.

I have join a job in Dilli Media Services, C-48, Lajpat Nagar-2, New Delhi-110024 as a Graphic Designer. She fired me from job but she not told me the reason & not paid my 19 days salary.
I have complaint in Lajpat Nagar police Station but officer told me "this is not my duty & you going to consumer court.

My salary amount is Rs.6500/-

My self Amit Sharma and i have already Vodafone number. I have received a call from Idea consumer (+918459007016) in last month they were offering new number 99111-45678 in Rs.250. I got the new number. but after 2-3 days i got a call from Idea consumer that rate has been increased Rs7500. I did not agreed the same. they gave me another number witch i was not happy with that numbers. I told them to return my money and documents as I was not happy with that numbers. Having confectionary SHOP in shashtri nagar, we have recevied to poisonous Pepsi bottels in the cartain of Pepsi , from which 1 has been saled by mistake and the consumer got faint right their and we had hospitilized him for 2 day but we still have another seeled bottel. I need to file complain against the pepsi company which help me to open up my shop again n make the justice to that customer.

I activate night calling plan Rs. 79, i received SMS "your night plan is activated successfully for 30 days". but plan is closed within 15 days. I talked to reliance customer care and he said this night plan is only for 15 days, but on their site plan is valid for 30 days. i also received SMS from reliance this night plan is valid for 30 days.

My son, Kunal Babbar, got admission in Sehgal School of Institute for IIT preparation. I submitted Rs. 28,000/- as a part payment of the total fee. My son had attended only 12 classes and was not satisfied with their way teaching. After that he did not attended the college. I requested Mr Sehgal to deduct reasonable amount for 12 classes and refund the balance but I got a regret letter saying that "No refund will be entertained under any circumstances". Would Consumer forum or Consumer Court help me to get refund of above said fee please.

Many times i complaint regarding my billing amount in Airtel but no one peaceful in this regard.He has activate unnecessary services like Airtel Website builder, Games on demand etc.which i can not want .I am complaint regarding deactivation of those services and he replied your service was deactivated but service was not deactivated and he has add all the amount of unwanted services in my bill. I regular complaint till today.When I call in customer care regarding billing amount nobody response and he misbehave.Before this complaint I already submit a complaint in this regard in consumer court but no response from you.Many times I complaint whose details i mention in below ....................

I, Arjit Vashistha R/O C-6/93 Keshav Puram Delhi 110035, Applied for renewal of my passport number A6281137 (expired on 29/09/2008) on 01/06/2010 (application number F019198). But my application was rejected stating that I have shifted my residence. However I stayed at the same address.



I again applied through the same application number (F019198) in march 2012 and all the verification's were done in my presence and in presence of 4 witnesses.



Till date there is no update on my passport even on the web page provided there is no update.



Kindly help me on this issue as for the past 3 months I am running from pillar to post to find the exact status of same and the only response I get is “file dhondni padegi” or the people standing outside tell me to shell 4-5 thousand to get my passport.



Request your kind intervention on same.
repeatedly after complaining about same I have got no response I have written mails to ministry of external affairs too. Also a mail was sent to Mr. Muktesh Kumar Pardeshi but he is also sleeping on this issue there is not response from grievance department also.
