    Dear sir,
    I(chirra ilaiah)am having sbi salary account(A/C no:30112062048) with Baholi(panipat refinery)branch.on 09/01/2012 while i was in duty & my atm card also with me,some unknown person has withdrawn the amount of 18,000/-(10,000,6500&1500) between 8:00pm&8:01pm from AXIS BANK PANIPAT ATM.Immediately i blocked my atm card&spoke with sbi bank baholi branch manager.He given me one letter requesting axis bank panipat to show video clippings.but they are rejecting to show the clippings,then i went to panipat police station to file a FIR,but in station they are telling FIR can not be filed for this case & suggested to consult to consumercourt.

    kindly help me.

    Hi

    Myself Ajeet Chaturvedy son of Vyas jee chaturvedy.As i have moved my goods from Haldia west bengal to Adipur Gujrat on 14th December through Saradha packers and Movers Company. We paid our full payment for transportation. People from Sardha packers and Movers Company said that your goods will reach Adipur safely on or before 23rd January. But still I didn’t receive our goods. When i called Sardha packers and moverscustomer care on this Monday 30/01/2012, they replied me that the goods has been reached Ahemdabad and the goods will be delivered on same day. But the same was not done.

    When I called them on Monday 30/01/2012 morning, they replied me due to some problem we are unable to deliver the goods. I said ok for it.

    Again I called on Tuesday (31/01/2012) people from Saradha packers and MoversCompany saying that the goods started just now from Delhi with a harsh manner and they disconnected the phone without any mannerism.

    When I called today morning 01/02/2012. They are not attending the call. I tried them almost 4 to 5 times today at 9.30 am , after that they attended the call and said I am on the way and will call you in 5 minutes with the updating regarding the goods. I didn’t receive any call after 5 minutes. Again I called them at 10.55 am today asking for my goods delivery, they are saying the same thing will update you regarding the goods within 5 minutes by calling me. But still now I have not received any call from Saradha packers and MoversCompany and no update regarding my goods.

    I really fed up in calling Saradha packers and movers company people again. Could you please take an immediate action on this issue and let me know the status of goods.

    I have insured my goods for rupees 100000.So I want the compensation from
    the company for not doing the right things on time and for there behaviour actions.

    Kindly please look into this issue and do the possible solution for me ASAP.

    Promised for replacement made to wait for more than a month then returned the same old peace, have incurred a huge loss for my business,
    no proper communication between the departments. no facility to track online
    To whom so ever it many concern
    Status on job sheet no.01617

    I had given my device to the coimbatore service center and was told the device would be replaced within 8 days and I would get a new device.

    Its been over 3 weeks am not getting any proper response from the service center. They are not giving any proper status update on my device.

    This is causing problem in my daily business mails as I was totally dependent on my blackberry for my business.

    I also spoke to the regional service head but dint get proper response from Gandhi, Selvaraj coimbatore

    Please do the needful in this matter ASAP.

    I placed an order online through india times shopping with order number 30000031827. I have not got the goods delivered but the money has been deducted it has been more than 3 months ...there is no customer service for this with them as well.

    Hi ,I have been re-allocated to my address (House No: 26-A,Front Side, India Moon City,Ahinsa Khand 2,Near Shantigopal Hospital.Indrapuram,GhaziabadUttar Pradesh-201010 ) from ( 305,ahinsa khand llindrapuram ,gaziabadshanti gopal hospitalGreater NoidaUttar Pradesh-201310 ). Earlier when i took a new connection then they does not provide me the dish as MDU is available and commit me that whenever u will shift they will provide me the dish at free of cost. But when i re allocate they charge me 500 rs . And when i complaint to Customer Care they said MDU is not available in your old address . But MDU is still available in my old address . Tata SKy area manager has send a report without visiting the sitePlease enquire this and bring my money back.Rergards,Arpit Agarwal

    Default Complaint against MTNL

    I registered to get an MTNL connection for my home. They took the registration fees of rs 500 and then they denied to give us the connection saying that new connection is not possible at my home. Then i asked them to refund my money and they are creating a lot of problems and not refunding the money. I am very tired of going to their office and making calls to them as nobody responds properly. I have wasted a lot of time and money to get the refund and now i am hopeless about my refund. Please help.

    Respected All,

    Please tell me what will i do.On 14 feb 2012 i was went to insurance office at naval kishore road, Lucknow.I was meet with Mr. Godhwani(0522-2615838) with my original documents such as my bike rc, insurence ,key, fir. Mr. godhwani told me to carry the document of court and get the report from internet of police after that come and submit the document otherwise i can not submit your document.

    Today i am getting a letter in which mention that if you are not submit documents within 10 days your claim file will close.

    Please help me.

    Dear sir,

    i have booked air ticket on 26 january 2012 from travelchacha.com by using my credit card paying 4600/- .

    later i received a call from Travel chacha team that price has been increase so either pay higher amount or we ll not issue ticket and refund the amount and same shall be credited within 24-48 hr.

    I asked them to refund my amount.

    but till date daily I am calling them and daily they are telling that it is in process.

    In this regard i have sent mail also and they have responded the mail by saying that it is in process.

    please suggest me .

    I had purchase Hero Honda Activa on August 2011 (Number is 3457) from JB Honda Jhandewalan but i havn't receoved my RC till today.I already talk them from last 3-4 month but they all service providers are worst/Rude.Everytime they delay my RC by saying "can u call after 10 days" After 10 days they again say pls confirm ur RC after 10 days ..They have no sense to talk.
    Because of this i face many problem in traveling from my Activa. I paid 5 times challan becs of "NO RC" ..
    I think Honda services are worst
    /poor quality of service..
    Pls do help regarding the same..

    Default No response of aquafresh water purifiers karampura

    We have purchased one water purifier filter from Aquafresh water purifiers 204 Block – F Karampura ,New Delhi-110015 on dated 06-02-2010 , & get an AMC 0n 22-01-2012 after one month the filter got out of order. I informed to Aquafresh water purifiers 204 Block – F Karampura ,New Delhi-110015 t but nobody came to attend the problem. I call Approx 20 times ,their attendant every time said me that Technician will approach you shortly. But nine days go no one is approached me. I am very frustrated due to water problem & behave of Aquafresh Water purifier executive,

    Therefore it is requested that kindly needful action be taken against Aquafresh water purifiers 204 Block – F Karampura ,New Delhi-110015. Please help me .

    I had bought Swift VDI in August 2011 but the car came out to be defective and it had oil leakage which was diagnosed in the first service, maruti kept the car in the service center for 2 days and repaired it. I ended up going in a taxi to work had to spend 2000rs

    Second service at 5000km showed the same problem again with oil leakage in the new car again it was reparied in 2 days again I had to suffer.

    Third service at 10,000km again showed the same problem of oil leakage again the car is in the garage for 2 days and I have to suffer.

    Can you please suggest what can be done I want a new car since my car is defective, I have already lodged 2 complaints with the maruti suzuki

    what type of vodafone usb stick give service..all fault and hell type of services by vodafone..when it lauches its mobile service is 2 good..but now a days 2 bad..i buy vodafone usb stick and so bad speed. these companies try to make customers fools..plz take action about these dog type comapnies

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    This is to inform you that Standard Chartered Bank that I have applied for a personal loan from them & after sometime they told me to take some LIC policy of TATA while i am giving them there e.m.i regularly in which i agreed to take TATA's AIG LIC policy.But after sometime I have received a letter from a TATA AIG LIC policy that they do not receive any premium charges which Standard Chartered Bank have to pay but they started charging from me those premium charges.But according to me i am not at all registered for TATA AIG LIC policy at all.In fact i called them to settle down issue by removing all the charges for the TATA AIG LIC Policy in which i am not at all registered & i also assure them i will pay their all loan to them but they keep on ignoring my request.Please help me in this matter as soon as possible.
