    Default Refund the ticket amount

    Dear Sir

    I have booked 7 tickets for one day Agra trip from your dwarka branch office for AC Deluxe bus after getting the confirmation regarding the above bus. Today ( 22nd oct)when we reach at the pick point than i found that the mini bus come for the trip.When i disagree about the above things than his co-ordinater Mr Mohit said that due to less booking of seat we not send the AC Deluxe bus. He also said that if you are not go with this bus than you take refund the fare at my office. When i go to the than i got reply that we can not refund the money because its your fault.

    So i want to know that is it service provided by this type of reputed company?
    Is your office person make wrong commitment with customer every time?


    Atlast we want a better reply from a better service provide company.

    Angry Complaint Against Telebrands.

    Hi!


    I ordered a Air Lounge ( 5 in 1 sofa ) .From Day 1 of Receiving i am observing the leakage from the bed portion of the sofa and same has been registered with customer care but no action is taken on the same.

    Gurgaon.



    They guided me how to identify the problem and how to get the same repaired, do you think customer who purchased sofa will get into maintenance. I hired puncture person to identify the problem, and even he cannot find the problem.



    I have requested them to get the same repaired or replaced or at least plan a technical visit to identify the problem but there is no way they can help customer.



    I also insisted, I will pay for person who is visiting for repair.



    I have No Option Left with as I have to move to consumer court against this brand and with delivering the faulty product to customer.



    Customer care is totally non-cooperative. I have located the problem. The problem is not with he sofa but with the valve. Ihave informed them of this but they insist that I have to return the product for repair. This is stated to be the policy. This means incurring huge expenditure on courier and what is the guarantee that what I get will be Ok.



    I have No Option Left with as I have to move to consumer court against this brand and with delivering the faulty product to customer. Product Should be tested before delivering, and moreover when advertise on tv it shows kids are jumping on the sofa and when received a sofa, it instructed not to put foot on sofa.



    It real matter of cheating... I am seriously going to consumer Court, if my problem is not resolved in next 5 days. You should Understand I am working in a big MNC and are well educated to take these actions.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Please be advised that I'd sent a package which contain some ladies stall and bed sheet through Trackon couriers pvt. ltd. C-114,Naraina Industrial Area, Phase 1 New Delhi 28, branch SR International ,south ext. 1. my receipt no. 123463639 and in my receipt there is another office also mention (Prakash Courier & Cargo south ext 1). I'd sent it on 14/09/09 to Imphal but they didn't deliver the package till now. Its very rediculous, we'd call their agent(Mr Rajesh 9911302940) but he told me that they will deliver it, actually they didn't deliver it. So we are very worried about that package . Please help me , I'll be very thankfull to you.

    Hi Sir/Mam,

    Iam Neeraj residing in 74-A, D.D.A.Flats , Ashok Vihar ph-3 delhi -52.

    This is to inform you that i made a cash payment of my airtel broadband & telephone connection on 5th of october , collected by airtel cash pickup excutive recipt no 206735.& on 22nd of october they disconected my internet & telephone line without any information due to nonpayment of bill,
    then i made a complaint on 23rd october-
    Ref no - 25655496 & the excutive told me that your payment is not reflecting in our server so maximum by 26th of october your problem will be resolve. After that i had made five complaints since now 27th october Ref no( 1041198271,104119998,104199321,104199508,104119425 )evry time i got reply that it will be done within 4 hrs time n all & now iam fedup with this i want to make a complaint against airtel( BHARTI AIRTEL LIMITED)in Consumer court.

    Exclamation harassment by bank

    I am A K Sirohi. I received a call from a executive of ABN-AMRO Bank, he said that his target is not getting complete so he forced me to take loan and said me that if i returned it within a month then there will not be any interest. So i took the loan and recieved a cheque of rs. 78211.23(seventy eight thousand two hundred eleven rupees and twenty three paise) on 19 October 2007. Then i paid the whole amount of rs. 80,000(eighty thousand) by cheque number 932519 on 8 november 2007 along with the processing fees and tax. Letter along with the cheque was given by me. they said that they recieved the cheque but not the letter, how is this possible. I am also having the recieving copy. Still they are charging interest and showing it in my statement. i am on bed rest since 8-9 months because i met with an accident. And the bank is continously harassing me. you tell what should i do. Do i need to meet u ? So i want to claim them for this harassment. Hope you will support me and take action against it. Please reply soon.

    Angry Complaint against religare

    We had taken the franchisee of the company by availing odin to trade commodities in ludhiana which was sold by mr. Ajay jha from rajouri garden new delhi under franchisee code rk12317. Thereafter some time we applied for cancellation of our franchisee which was duly accepted by them. We were suppose to get our refund back upto 31-12-2008 but we could not get our refund back. However we had received a letter from internal auditor mr. P. Nanda that due to sebi circular no. Nsdl/policy/2006/0027 (17-12-2008) revised internal audit report they could be able to send our refund of rs. 95000.00 till 31-03-2009. But till date we have not received our refund back even we have filed complaint to the company through mail and tried them to contact on phone. But no positive response have been received. We have also made the c/c to the sebi emails but no action till date has been taken by sebi on the company for the harassement to the people instead they have given them the permission for the ipo.

    We are around 500 people who lived in Rohini & Narela area. We have purchased Synergy make E-scooter from Kasturi Automotice from Rohini Sector-17. But now there is no service /sales centre for the same in whole delhi. As per engineers talk he said that the MD of the co. doesn;t provide the technicians & parts for the services. The website of the same has been blocked. Request you to please help us.

    Dear sir,

    I am MD. Nazish Nayeem and a reliance telecom service consumer, for last 16 months, I use reliance to reliance STD free teriff. Initially it was available for Rs.495/month. but after some time it was increased to Rs.795/month without any prior information and after some time it was again increased to Rs.999/month and again without any information. Right now they are offering a Rs.48 power plus plan under wich the call rate will decrease to 50 paise/min. I recharged my account for Rs.48 on 17th Oct,2009, they reduced the call rate but they ended my reliance to reliance STD free offer which cost's Rs.999/month.
    I contacted reliance customer service and they replied that if I will recharge with Rs.48 then all other existing offers will be canceled on that connection and if I want to avail that facelity then again I need to recharge the phone account with Rs.999.
    I want to know that is it not the responcibility of the service provider to inform this to the customer before providing the service.
    Had I been informed in advance, I would have not tried to use that Rs.48 power plus plan.
    Please help me as I am very much disturbed by this frequent changes.

    Sub:-An experience of Black Berry Set Bold 9000.
    Service Provider Airtel Mobile No. 9871055119 Dear Sir I had purchased a blackberry set No ETA-153 2008 PCB-17915-001_B Model Bold 9000. in June 2009. My service provider is Airtel. In October 2009 I noticed that ring tone is not coming in incoming calls. Later I noticed alarm is also not ringing and sound is also not coming while playing music. There is no problem in making calls or listening to call if you are alert enough to notice while incoming flash is coming.

    1. I called Airtel service call centre (7070) on 24th Oct. They advised me for quick repair to visit Gurgaon Service Centre of BB in Sahara Mall.

    2. On 26th October I visited Gurgaon Service Centre of BB in Sahara Mall. He expressed his helplessness to do anything. Pl. see my remarks in visitors book. He advised me to get the complaint lodged at Airtel service call centre (7070). He told me that you are Platinum customer and will get door step service.

    3. I lodged the complaint with Airtel service call centre (7070) on 26th Oct. The complaint number is 28996670. Call centre told me that within 24-48 hours the faulty set will be collected and replacement set will be provided.

    4. Nothing happened. I again called call centre in the evening of 30th Oct to get it collected on 31st from my residence.

    5. On 31st Oct I received an SMS from a engineer technician Mr. Rajesh that he is in Gurgaon and will collect set on 2nd Nov. from Gurgaon (My office). I immediately called call centre on 31st at around 12:30 PM and requested once again call centre including supervisor on duty for fast redressal. He expressed his helplessness stating that Engineers are in Gurgaon. I also SMS Rajesh that 2nd is holiday pl. collect from billing address. He intimated than he would collect on 3rd. I intimated on 3rd I have to go to Vadodra for two days pl. collect on 2nd. He told me than he is closing the call. I have trail of all the SMS exchanged.

    A. I do not know what to do. I never imagined such pathetic careless and insensitive approach from either BB or Airtel. I hope BB understands that this costly set is held by high profile people and importance of their time and communication. In the given circumstances and set is not more than five month old can you pl. ask any of your dealer or service provider to replace my set free of cost without any delay. If it is not possible tomorrow can you pl. arrange it in Vadodra for 3rd or 4th.
