    Unhappy fraud bharti axa

    Dear sir
    I Rahul chawla had taken a policy (policy no.500-3459202) from bharti axa in april 2009 but due to my personal problem i was not
    not able to continue this policy so according to IRDA guide lines or life insurance company rules and regulation i gave a request to bharti axa to cancel my policy and refund my money within a given freeluk period time but some of their employee without intimataion to me write a letter to cancel my request also he did my fraud signature,i again gave a request against this but they did not take any step towards my request.In july again i have given a request to return my money,even i complaint in customer care so many times and also in compliant unit in mumbai also.due to this company and their employee i have to suffer alot.I have to spend money to go their office,make std calls and also my time.but they never sopport me.Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and take some strict action towards company like this.waiting for your early and positive reply.

    Default credit card chrges issue

    My name is Azhar Khan i was HSBC credit card holder.whose no. is 4476 9299 7088 0099.i want to inform you about the fraud of hsbc tie up with tata aig insurance company.tata aig representative came to me with policy. informed me thaT charges i will pay only for two months that is 10 rs per month and the policy closes from my end in this two month.representative tried hard to convince me for this policy.he said sir ye policy bohut achi hai or iske liye aapko 10 rs per month hi dene hai or sirf 2 mahine ke liye itne to sir koi bhi paan kha kar thuk deta hai. ok then i agreed to process this policy.i received my bill after 3 months statement shocked me that i was chrged 1900 and above for the policy from tata aigtie up with hsbc bank which later been closed by me.but till that moment i was charged huge amount
    for this policy.in the next month i filed a complaint in hsbc about this fraud and for my amount reversal.but they didn't listen to me and asked me to cancel this policy.i did so but tata aig returned me one month return but still one month return to come.but hsbc sending me every month statement with the improved amount every month please help me to sort out this problem

    Dear sir/madam
    Mera naam manish hai. Maine FLY company ka ek phone kharida tha jisme 5 mahine ke baad problem aani suru ho gayi thi uske baad maine phone ko fly service centre par 11/7/2009 ko thik karane ke liye diya tha. Service centre walo ne kaha ki aapko phone 10-15 din me mil jayega lekin 3-4 bar chakar lagane ke baad 8/9/2009 (2 mahine bad) ko phone wapis diya hai lekin phone ki problem ab bhi thik nahi hui hai. Ab main dobara service centre gaya tha to service centre wale kahte hai ki phone ko dobara company bhejna padega. Maine unse puchha ki agar main dobara phone deta hoon to mujhe ye wapis kab milega to unka kahna hai ki kuchh kah nahi sakte iska matlab phone phir se 2 mahine ke liye company ke pass rahega. to sir please aap meri help kare aur bataye ki main kya karu.

    Unhappy Complaint Regarding Britannia Marie Gold

    Hi, I'm Dr.Deepshikha, I’m using Britannia Product since a long time with full trust, but this time my trust for purity is broken. I was sitting in a meeting and serving Britannia Marie gold to my other doctors, just open a fresh pack dated 08/09, and I found a small insect (Ghun) in it which was live, then I saw there were many inside the packet, so, I didn't open further, I keep that packet with me as a proof of Quality of Britannia product this time, this is really very shameful, and embracing for me, as other doctors are also watching.
    Please reply for this.....

    Default Product not received from Ivalue mart

    Dear Sir,

    I had received a Valumart brosher with deutsche bank card statement & I had ordered three below products from ivalue mart:

    1. Impact Drill Machine
    2. Citrus Juicer
    3. Electric Kettle
    with free one free gift.

    My order no is 6779, thay promised me, u receive all these with in 21 days but yet still not received and nobody picking my phone on all given nos (18002093209, 022-61405201, 022-61405207),

    I had ordered these products on 20th January,2009. But till now(8th september'2009) I have not received these products & they had already charged Rs.2472/- against my credit card.

    Now they are not picking my phone & there is no any communication from their side. Nobody can communicate properly. Kindly advise me what action has to be taken. On line shopping with ivalue mart is very dangerous.

    Angry non refund of interest by icici bank

    Dear Sir,

    1. It is brought to your kind notice that I have applied for DDA Housing scheme 2008 vide loan application number 779-0343494 under which I have applied for DDA Housing Scheme 2008 through Janak Puri, New Delhi -110058 Branch under nodal branch of Green Park, New Delhi. My Particulars are as under:-
    (a) Name : Shri Raj Singh,
    (b) Address : WZ-151, Dabri Village, New Delhi -110045
    (c) DDA application form no. : 0370610
    (d) Category : General

    2. Due to some reasons I felt that earnest money of Rs 1, 50,000/- (One Lakh Only) which was deposited by your nodal bank branch along with my application form has been stopped by DDA authorities. Keeping this aspect I deposited the earnest money amount along with till date interest amount of Rs 1,54,539/- to nodal bank branch at Green Park , New Delhi vide receipt no. O 11087598662 on dated 16 Feb 2009.

    3. Meanwhile the earnest amount Rs 1, 45,000/- was released by DDA authorities after deduction of Rs 5,000/- in the month of March/April 2009. I have already written the request letter to nodal branch (copy enclosed) for early crediting of my DDA refund amount as soon as received from DDA authorities. But it is sorry to say that the amount was credited to my account on 30 May 2009 after several time liaisons with your nodal branch, through email, personnel and by customer care.

    4. May I request to you please pay the interest amount for these delay period upto the date of transaction and credited in my account no. 008701515875 operated in your bank (ICICI) because you have charged the interest against earnest money even a single second.

    Default Baggage lost

    Dear Sir,

    I lost my checked baggage in montpellier while travelling from del to montpellier via vienna & paris. till yet there was no information regarding this. in montpellier airfrance people promissed me we will reimburse 100 euros for your purchase for neccessary things and if the baggage not located with in 21 days then we will give claim amount against the baggage. but there is no information regarding that. what i can do now.

    Dear sir,
    I purchaase the dish tv in January of this year,
    but some problem occur in connection so that on the date of 12th sep i send the mail to dishtv to disconnect my connection after complete this month ( my recharge date was 9th oct) on the date of 19thsep i get a mail from dishtv you are processing your request, I have already mention that my connection should be terminated after complete my date of recharging, but my connection was terminated on the date of 21sep, without any information. so pls adv what should i do,
    On the purchase of dish tv i paid Rs. 2500, but now as per dishtv mail which is rec. from them we are reunding only 400re,
    so awaiting for your prompt res.

    Default Fraud by a Maruti Dealer

    Dear Sir,

    My Name is Rajeev and I bought a WagonR from a Maruti Suzuki authorized dealer “ Allianz Automobiles, Safderjung Enclave, New Delhi” in April ’09. Car was delivered on 31st April ’09 and in spite of regular follow ups I have not received the Registration Certificate till date. I can not travel without a RC out of Delhi. Every time I call these people they have a new excuse. Moreover I have paid a good amount of money to the police for not carrying a RC with me. I would request you to please help me to get my RC from this Dealer.

    My second complaint for this dealer is they have bought back my old Alto car in a exchange offer and it’s been more than five month they have not cleared the payment of the car. When I enquired this from my sources it is been informed that they have sold this car to some third party without taking a noc from me. The car is still in my name and it is being used by some anonymous person.

    It is my humble request to you, please help me to get rid of this cheater dealer and also I would request to all readers of this mail please do not get trapped by this dealer’s attractive offerings.

    Angry my bank ( state bank of bikaner & jaipur ) is creating trouble for me

    Sir,
    this is to inform that i am having a account in state bank of bikaner & jaipur , krishna nagar branch ( delhi-110051 ) . In the month of dec 2007 is got 3 cheque book issued from the bank so that i can pay these cheques to hdfc bank against my car loan. But bank has only entered only one series of cheque book in there banking software & forgot to enter another 2 cheque bookS. Due this my cheque of september month got bounced. Moreover hdfc charged me a penality of cheque bounce whereas this problem is from the STATE BANK OF BIKANER & JAIPUR side. When i contacted the manager of the bank he refused to pay the penality charges. Now pl. Help me in this regard at bring the bank in the court of laws regarding this.

Actually, Due to some personal problem and the environment of office d'snt suit me...that's why I left the job, with the permission of boss, but the problem is that Boss of Fennel is not given my salary of 1 month Rs.6000/- but i have no proof...about this condition.

    Default Post Paid Idea Connection

    Dear Sir/Madam

    Greetings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    My Self Kuldeep Singh. I had booked one post paid number - 9540064108 through SHAIV BPO SERVICES, 58, 2nd Floor, RAni Jhansi Road, Opp. Mata Jhandewalan Mandir, New Delhi - 55 and made the payment on 12th Sept' 2009. Till date my number has not been activated in spite of regular phone calls to the BPO office. I got no response from any of the staff there. The female executive who was calling me hundred time a day, is not even attending my phone calls and the other staffs of the BPO office abuses me when i make a call regarding status of my post paid connections.

    I had also made a complaint at the IDEA Showroom in Connaught Place with complaint number - 86115877, But still awaiting for a favourable response from there. It is RADICULAS that a reputed company like IDEA is behaving like this with his customers.


    Therefor, it is requested to take a immediate legal action against the BPO Services and get my number activated.

    If still there is no response from your company, then i am planning to go to the consumer court for harashing me and wasting my money and time for just a post paid connection.

    ITS REALLY SHAME FOR IDEA COMPANY WHICH IS MANAGED BY KUMAR MANGLAM"S, ADITYA BIRLA GROUP.

    I am too planning to go into the newspaper and the media to raise this issue.

    Still, Hope to have a good and favourable response at immediate effect.

    Thumbs down Whirlpool Refrigerator

    I had purchased a whirlpool refrigerator on 31st aug 09 and because of being out of station I could not get it installed till 20th Sep. On 21st Morning I unpacked it by removing the carton only and called the their local service center to get it installed. There service engineer Mr. Kuldeep came and removed on his own all its tapes and after some checkings he told us that there is no gas in this fridge. Knowing this I asked for an immediate replacement as I cannot accept any repairs in new product. He made us talk to his supervisor Mr.Kanhaiya, who did not behave properly and blamed that we have done mistake by unpacking and so our fridge won’t be replaced. Since this was nowhere mentioned or informed earlier that customer will be liable for damages in case of unpacking, I claim an immediate replacement as under no circumstances will I allow refilling of gas or any other repairs in the new fridge. Please take quick and strict action as already five days have passed and there is no response after that from local service center. Also I tried to lodge an complaint at whirlpool's website but that is not happening I've tried several times and Transaction Failed message is appearing because of poor server response.
    I also request you to take action against above mentioned officials who have no manners to behave with customers.
