    respected sir
    i am srikanth from hyderabad doing my degree 2nd year.my complaint is against to the G.C.I.enterprises of new delhi which is trying to trap the unemployees by showing an appointment letter and offered jobs without any exam or interview and said to send DD to an address.like me there are hundreds of people got the confusion about this letter.so it is your responsibility to clarify the doubts about this company.because it is not mentioned any phone number,web site,a valid address.we are expecting the justice for us by trusting the GOVT.

    Unhappy Complaint-Service centre

    Hi,

    Would like to you know that i submitted my Nokia N93i on September 03 for just a small fault(External side stick was not working properly & it was repeated fault), but in turn when i visited the service centre my whole phone was damaged & it's not opening now. And its been more than 5 months now, nothing have been done so far. I have contacted them numerous time but not received the phone yet. Its display is gone, buttons are not functioning. The details are as follows:-

    Nokia care service centre - Varun enterprise, WA-84, Shakarpur, Delhi-92
    Job sheet number:- 383433527/090903/9
    Date:- 03/Sept/09
    Time:- 10:48
    IMEI number:- 353250010266702

    Please help me regarding the same.

    Hello SIr,

    Wrong Sales Pitch used to sell me the Health Policy by HDFC Bank Credit Card Division as I called to know my CC details. The agent Name is Neha and she told me that this policy covers every thing in which you are in a Hospital for 24 hrs (2 month before till 3 moths after) and she also told that if suppose you have a skin problem and you will not be admited in hospital but this policy will cover it.

    I was happy to here this and she arrange a call from the insurence dept (HDFC) for this policy. In that call the person confirmed that they only cover if you are hospitalised for 24 hrs and more and I see a difference in both of the ladies sales pitch.

    Thank God I have not bought the policy but still I lost the trust aginest the BANK. I will be looking for a hearing on the same and my number is 9999236038.

    Neha - also tole me that if I buy the policy they will give a waiver of my last 5 months late fee which is 3200 approx...

    Now what I want is a waiver and will not buy the policy for sure because the bank has tried to cheat me.

    Question Insurence policy and rc of vehicle

    hello sir,
    i had bought a pulsar 150 six months ago from nearst dealer who sales all bikes, basically links with AMBE BAJAJ.
    But the problem is that till now neither i got my insurence policy nor RC of my bike.
    i asked the dealer many time for the same but he always say come after 3-5 days . from last two months.
    so help me what to do now. i dnt want to see his bloodly face, and he harrashed me alot.

    Sir, jo aadmi spice k service center [ near tagore garden metro station] me baith ta hai wha pr hamne apna phone submit kraya . ek to phone receive nhi krta aur jab waha jao to wo rudely baat krke kehta h ki kal aa jayega aaisa usne hamare saath 6 - 7 baar kr diya. so now you tell wht to do...........

    hi mera naam puneet kumar hai maine 16 dec 09 ko hotspot se ek sony g-900 mobile purchese kiya tha. thik one month ke baad set me problem aayi. 16 jan 10 ko maine ushe hotspot ke store par de diya lekin mujhe ushke against koi reply nahi de raha hai. so plz suggest me what can i do

    Dear Sir,

    I am Major sudhir gopi a serving soldier in the indian army. As i am out of the city that is delhi where i am posted and it was valentines day i i booked a product with india times shopping in the newspaper on the 6th of Feb.The newspaper had written in the advertisement that the product would be delivered before the 14th of Feb.I booked the product and till date that is 17 of Feb the product has not been delivered and it has caused me lot of emotional stress as i didnt even buy a card for my wife on the 14th as i thought this gift will be a surprise from my side.i tried calling india times on the 15,16 and 17.They didnt even bother calling me back even after my repeated attempts.Now they are telling me that i should talk to the courier chaps, and also that the address given by me for delivery is out of jurisdiction of their courier agency.Now please help me and instruct the company why they made a false promise to customers why they didnt call me and why i was not informed that the area is not in their coverage area. I would like to mention that i had particularly asked the person on phone while booking that will it be delivered on the 14 he had assured me that it will be done. and secondly i had given the number of my wife in case of any problem why didnt the courier chap call and enqiure about the location which is in the city heart.

    I m Dinesh Patel, On feb 16,2010 I purchased a reliance CDMA sim from Reliance WEB world and Rechareged this card with amonut of Rs. 999 for Unlimited STD calling. But this service is not actived on my no also i talk to Reliance customer care they are not taking responsiblity of this major fault.I have all Massages saved in my inbox that ensure that service has been activated on my number while service is not activated on my no.
    Please Guide me........

    Default misleading advertisment from nike

    i have bought a shoe from nike showroom in city centre,Kolkata during the sale offered of 40% to promote the sale and to clear the stock. The other shoe manufacturing and the competitor of nike wer also offering discount during the same period.


    Afer buying the shoes and making the paymnet through credit card the sales man put a rubber stamp of " No Exchange, No claim " on the invoice. When we asked the purpose and implication of the word no claim he informed that the shoes bought by us are not covered under gurantee and warranty. For further clariication we had been asked to contact there customer service dept. All the other companies like reebook etc were covering the goods sold during the same period and sale under the warranty and gurantee. When I asked that why the same has been not disclosed in the advertisment and in the shop why is it not mentioned or why the customers are not informed about the same they have not responded to the question.


    Pl advice what to do and how to protect the interst of the customer who have bought the goods during that period from NIKE.
