I have complaint to Speed Car helpline Office at - D-20, 1st floor, Ranjeet Nagar, New Delhi at 1.00 p.m. today & talked with Mr. Sunil ........and he told me, "our executive will come to you in 30 minutes i.e. 1.30 p.m . and they commit to people to give their services in 30 minutes " but now it is 5.26 p.m. .......n now committing me to send to executive in within 30 minutes.....can u please clarify this .... this is against the norm .how do they commit that their person will reach us in 30 minutes. & now i m calling on Mr. Ranjeet's - (Senior Manager) no. i.e. 9711832635 but he had not picked my fone.......please tell me wt can I do now ...my contact no. is 9999891778 nd my request no. is 1946.kindly do the needful or can tell me wt can i do....waiting for your reply as soon as possible
