Hi my name is kiran m.i am doing my b.e.my complaint is.i orderd home gym from homeshop18.i saw this product in homeshop18 website.they told that if i order this product then i will get rs=5000/- discount.i sent (rs=15000/-) through d.d .but when i received the product it is not the same product wat thyey have shown in there website.it was cheep home gym which i can get for rs=9000/- so i sent that product back.then again i called costumer care.they are not listening to my problem and not even returning my money back. i am having all the proof like D.D copy,ect .please help me.thank you

that is what problem is they have not even sent anything to me not even a plane paper.that is wat problem is .but i have copy of D.D which i made in favor of homeshpo18 ,an korear copy through which i sent to them.an bank chealon

If the customer care are not helping you then we have one option left i.e. drag them to the consumer court but before going to the consumer court we have to do some basic formalities which will strengthen our case, first thing is send a written notice to the parent company via registered post and mention all the details and also attached the photocopy of the DD, Screen Shot of the product present on the website and the photograph of the product which is delivered to you, mention all the complaint nos. registered with their customer care.

Below the notice also mention the list of supporting document attached.

in built it also not download theme or activate . bluetooth also some time not transfer doucuments. as i send this mobile to the company on same name s it was mention in the mobile box send by you. place i send this is to mr amit tiwari nakamichi techno pvt ltd plot no 284 sultan sadan II lane III westend marg saiulajad new delhi 30 . as it is govern under warranty for 6 month . so please look into this matter and solve my problem , otherwise as a regular customer i will loose faith on u . i want replacement of my mobile.
