Hi,
I am really frustrated by the behavior of Samsung for not providing support for phones under warranty. Being the largest consumer durable company, their attitude is pathetice towards customer satisfaction. I am sure they can get away with this attitude only in India, otherwise in any other country they would have revereted back within hrs.

Please check my below communication with Samsung and help...

Please check out my below query which I have registered and unable to get any reply from your end. I again clarify that the mistake is not from my end and my phone does not have even a single scratch. It is just 3- months old and is still in warranty.
Please help me in either repairing or getting the phone replaced as I am not getting any replies from your Kalkaji service centre.

Dear Sir,
I had purchased Samsung phone model-D780. The same stopped charging a few days back. I had taken the same to your service centre CC-28, Nehru Enclave Kalkaji. Work Order no-LOC 1387 Dt-13/3/10. They are saying that I have to pay Rs. 6000/- for repairing the phone. The phone does not even have scratches, it is perfectly all right.

This is my first Samsung phone and will need your help in getting the same repaired as I have not done any physical damage to the phone.

Needing your intervention as the world's largest Consumer durable company will not let any customer go dissatified..
