As per your call on Sunday (9th, January 2011), you had committed me, that you would let me know on the status of replacement latest by Tuesday (11th, January 2011), however there hasn't been any communication from your side, please note that I would now be moving to the consumer courts (departments) for further action.
Kindly refer to the e-mails below, once again, I have given enough time to your company for resolving the problem, but no concrete solution has been provided.

This with reference to my purchase made from Home Town, based out at Great India Place mall, Noida, (Invoice number 145758875)it would be integral for you to note that I have been continuously following upmy concerns/problems regarding the dining table purchased with your customer care department.
A few days after the purchase of the dining table, Inoticed that bubbles(Spots)had started to emerge on the
table top, I then spoke to Mr.Sudhiur at the customer department(reference number, 166587), an official follow up was made by Mr.Nukul(2nd Decemeber 2010)from your office, who then said that the tabletop is defective, and needs to changed, my spouse (Priyankaa Sinha) who was at home during theinspection, made a particular note on the feedback form, for Replacement, and then also spoke to Mr. Vikas, Customer care Manager, who said that the Head Carpenter is out of town, and will be back by the 8th of December 2010, and we'll get back by the 10th December 2010.
HoweverI called up the Customer care departmenbt again today, wherein Sudhir had asked to click the photographs of the table, and e-mail it to on ht.noida@futuregroup.in, please note that this is the responsibility of your staff (customer services), tocome down to my residence and click the photographs, and send to your head offices, as permy telephonic conversation with Sudhir, he has committed me that somebody from the staff, would come down to click the photographs.
I hope that the commitment would be met, and actions would be taken, as the good sold is under warranty.
Please note that in case I do not getJustice, I would be moving ahead with consumer complaint departments.
I am writing this with regret that I had made a purchase (not even 3 months), and had been facing problems.
Order No.2000055749 mentioned on Invoice.
