We are a recruitment co. and ayur herbal approached us for manpower. we met the HR and decided upon terms and conditions and mutually accepted the same. Also took the formal confirmation on email. now when our candidate is hired they refused to pay. The HR person who was coordinating has left the organization, now the company says we will not pay. i have mails regarding acceptance of terms, our candidate lined up and also a formal mail that our candidate has joined. also mails regarding on whos name the invoice has to be made. The MD says "You should have not send candidates" ???? Strange but no one is even ready to talk to us and they have just refused to pay..

Ayur is a cheat company .. my suggestion would be no one should do business with such a company...
