Dear sir,
I had brought a Timex watch on DEC 2009. It started giving me problem from march . I went here thrice.It was not rectified 3 times also.A new problem arouse the 3rd time .The push button stopped working I mean it had become loose and sometimes I had to press it 5 times to make it work currently its not working only. I made them change the case as they told the problem would be rectified.
But the problem still exists the manager is the only guy whose co-operating.The owner tells me go complaint to whomever you want. I have paid 5,000 for that watch and very dis satisfied with the service.Please help me out .looking forward to hear from you.
