Complain against non arrival of consignment sent through TCI XPS

Subject: Complain against non arrival of consignment and subsequent loss incurred by us .
Ref: Your Docket No. 510720291 booked on 03.04.2010 from Dhulagarh Unit with “MOST URGENT DELIVERY INSTRUCTION” with condition to reach at destination within 08.04.2010

This is in reference of above mentioned consignment booked by us , on 03.04.2010, from TCI XPS Dhulagarh Unit at Howrah, with special instruction to deliver the goods within 8th of April 2010, to the required destination at GOA. As we were assured by theirr agent that goods will be delivered within 8th of April 2010 ( Receipt consignment Note mentioning the delivery date as 8th of April is with us for evidence), we booked the consignment and accordingly arranged all the relevant transaction with our customers at GOA. After 8th of April 2010 when the goods were not delivered we contacted with their agent as well as their 24 hrs customer care no. but they did nothing except giving us false assurance of delivering the materials within few more hours. Till date our consignment has not been reached at its destination and hence our customer has cancelled the deal with us. We have lost a deal of Rs 22,00,000/- ( Rupees Twenty Two Lakh only) due to the negligence and fraudulent assurance from your concern.

Under the above circumstances we would like to lodge a case under Consumer Protection ACT applicable in India. We request you to suggest us the required steps at the earliest to stop such fraudulent company to deal in india without giving importance to customer requirements.

material sent to Beekay steel Industries Limited through TCI XPS through doct no. 439376383 dtd 3.11.2010 have not recieved by the parry. UPS have not been received by the party.

your service is very very very poor & your noida staff is very lazy .
our dkt. no.- 314567654 book dt. 3/2/11 at chennai to noida but not deliverd till 17/2/11
mr. rajveer not propper custoomer supprt & mr. verma delivery boy is not propper
pls. take action .

I have booked a consignment of very important tender consignment through TCI XPS vide DWB no. 443787050 consists of 22 packets from Delhi to Nagercoil. But the DWB shows only 21 packets & here the destination branch of TCI XPS received 20 packets only. The costly materials which were packed in those 2 packets are missing. The booking date was 19 May 2011. Till today 03 June 2011 I have not received the consignment. When contacted they asked me to call Delhi booking office. When I called Delhi office they say 1 packet was booked in separate DWB no on next day ie 20 May 2011 but they dont have the DWB no for that. Now my tender order has been cancelled since I couldnt deliver the material also I have loss my investment due to this poor service of XPS. What is the procedure to file a compensation suit against the TCI XPS. PLease guide me if anybody knows. Thanks

Docket number 445793412 is dispatched on date 14/10/2011 from Noida. It has reached your RRawari hub (XRH) on date 165/10/2011 from XRWH it has been delivered to XTTH (Vadgaon hub) however it took 4 days for the material to reach Pune hub (XPNC) i.e. it is deliverd today on 19/10/2011,
When will it reach the destination? Kindly confirm on priority basis.

We booked the parcels from Roorke to Madanapalli,Goothi and Miryalaguda .The Docket numbers 805789471,805789460 and 805873283 .All are reached to near by towns but not delivered .This materials are very urgent required immediate delivery.
