This side mukesh mundepi the reason being i am sending this mail to you guys to inform you guys that what a pathetic services you guys are providing
my mobile number is 9911667716 and alternate number is 9268732761 i have already sent a mail to your nodal officer regarding miss behavior and disconnected my number from your customer care side because i was complaing for your service i had i word with safy flour super visor on 1909 and also talk agent sani , manoj they were rude and disconct my number and its showing Sim rejected now i am requesting you guys that give me new Sim i will not go any where becoze fault is from your side other wise i have to take legal action for you guys
kindly chek this mail i have sent to idea nodal and apllet and also call on their number but still iam facing the problem i am so fed up due to them pleas help me out

Delay in refund of security Sir I am having 9891996073 connection.It was obtained as post paid corporate connection when I was in SBI. Before retirement in Sept. 2010 i requested IDEA to convert it into a personal no and provide me ISD facility for which I was asked to deposit Rs.2000 as security. I deposited Rs. 2000 in around August-Sept. 2010. Despite my best efforts and lot of follow up and several visits to their offices in CP and Lajpatnagar in Delhi, I failed to get ISD. I was advised to get it converted into prepaid connection where ISD facility is available. As advised, I converted it into prepaid connection and asked for refund of my security by mails and phone calls to customer care of IDEA. They can spend lot of money on advertisements but never care for their existing customers.Even after lapse of 9 months they are not able to process my refund application, would anybody give me any IDEA how much time do they take in refunding the security.
