Money not Refunded by Yatra.com against cancellation of ticket Dear Sir/ Madam
I am Dheeraj Kumar from Delhi.
I booked an airline ticket through yatra.com in around november 2009, after some days i cancelled a ticket. My travelling date was 17th Feb 2010. In this case i should get a refund of my amount as that ticket was refundable, but already more then 2 months are over i didnt get any refund. Every 2 or 3 days i am calling to customer care every time they give me excuse that give us 1 more week to settle down the issue but nothing is going right.
I cancelled the ticket in december and it is march now already more then 2 months are over still waiting for my refund. i have written so many mails to yatra support they also give me same excuse in reply "we will try to resolve the isslue in 2 3 days". I even written a mail to Yatra CEO MR. DHRUV even he didnt replied me.
My complaint details with yatra is:

Your reference ID is = 4571595
This is not the way a customer should be treated. Is this the quality of service provided by Yatra.com.
Please do take some necessary actions regarding this. I already lost my trust on YATRA

I have booked airline ticket through Yatra.com later which I have got ticket cancelled from Kingfisher Dept. @ Mumbai airport for Ahmedaban to Mumbai for IT-Kingfisher Red Flight # 3183 , ticket # 3752307115 & PNR # Y9GRW2 on 08-Nov-2010 since specific flight was postponed from 3:45:00PM to 8:35:00PM and because of this I was missing my next connected flight from Mumbai to Bangalore. But still I have not get refund since pls initiate process fast and do this refund as soon as possible way.

no refund on cancellation of air tickets Greetings,
I have been a frequent flyer and had immense faith in our private airlines. but to my dismay, I am left hanging and dry. I had travelled on the 3rd of May with my sister and niece and nephew. However, one of the tickets had to be cancelled due to non availability of my brother due to health reasons. To make things sure, I went to the indigo counter and personally asked them to cancel one of the tickets. They did so but told me that my refund will be paid by Yatra in the account i had used to book the tickets. It has been sufficiently late. the details of my ticket are

As you canceled your ticket with the airline & informed us now, we have processed refund of INR 4912/- from our end under yatra ref:26041110564, post which the Bank would take approx. 6-8 working days to update the credit on a Netbanking transaction.
