hii,
I have ordered two reebok sports kit to India today book club telephonically on 3rd of dec'2009. i have paid that amonunt of Rs. 6398/- by my credit card. i have been informed that i will get that both reebok kit within 15 working days.

After that i have called customer care of india today book club several times, they told me to send credit card statement, that also i have sent, but nothing has happen till date.

Now i want my money back with compensation, as i am waiting from last three month for that.

I am having payment done message in my cell, credit card statement and the two customer id which they have given me at time on transaction on dated 3rd dec'2009.

Kindly do needful as soon as possible.
