No responce from suvidhaa Sir/ Madam,
My name is Vinit Kumar. I had filled suvidhaa form (form no. 34151) on 10 jan 2010, also I had given the cheque Rs of 8000/-(Cheque no. 743102 from Indian Bank) to mr. Shyam (executive from Suvidhaa Contact no. :- 9891862151) my cheque was cleared on 21 Jan 2010. after 23 jan 2010, I am calling him daily about 6-7 times in a day. He tells me every time that he has my Kit and he is coming to give me but he never comes proves that he is liar. On 29 jan 2010, I got a mail from Suvidhaa for my uesr ID. again i called to mr. Shyam to inform my user id again he promised to visit my place but as always he didn't come.On 5th feb 2010 he gave me only a CD and a code (19617 ) and again he repeated the same.From the next day,he started to avoid my calls. 0n 13 feb 2010 i called him from my other phone no. and although, he picked the call but the answer was annoying. He said "i am not free for you i will provide your kit when i am free" and he disconnected the call.
0n 25 feb 2010 again i called him from my other phone no. and although, he picked the call but the answer was annoying.again he repeated the same.
I have already asked help many times from Customer Care also mail to rail@suvidhaa.net & customersuport@suvidhaa.net (15 feb 2010 to 25 feb 2010) but all in vain.
Please tell me What do i do?
I don't want to continue your service. I want my money back!
Because company is not able to provide the service also company is not update my balance (Rs 3000/- as per scheme)

my problam is resolved. now i got the proper traning & kit.
now i dont have any problam you & your services. and they convienced me that all the dues (Rs.3000) will be refunded till 15th arpil, 2010.
I am very thankful to consumer court.
