I am working with an MNC in Pune and every month i get certain amout of Sodexo passes as a part of salary. Since last 1 year, every month I send these Sodexo passes to my parents who stay at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. On 5 February I courier those passes to Ahmedabad through First Flight courier from Pune. Till date it has not been reached to Ahmedabad. When I enquired about it the courier service told me that they have misplaced my courier. Blank envelop reached to courier's ahmedabad office. Now the courier service doesnt give any concrete answer and put me in the loop between their Pune and the Ahmedabad branch office. Please help me out with this.
