I gave my S3600 as its mother board was burnt and they took around 2 months to repair that ,
while they promised to return it in a week.
They make each and every customer really irritated .
All service centre employee there are always abusing customers in front of womens and kids.
SAMSUNG COMPANY PRODUCTS ARE REALLY BAD.BAD.BAD .
PLZ DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT OF SAMSUNG.
Its better to take this advice in mind rather than cursing yourself after.
