I have taken a package from Celopatra of RS 15000/- and they have given card valid for two years and giving eight services each of following
1. Hair Cut
2. Any Facial
3. Any Body Spa
4. Any Hair Spa
5. Menicure and Pedicure
6. Bleach
7. Vaccine
Now the service given by them are not up to standard of Cleopatra and when ever i ask for appoinment they say the parlour is fully booked. When ever they give the appoinment we have to wait for 2-3 weeks. What we can do against them and is it possible that i can get back my money.
