I would like to register a complaint against Dhrushya Motor Driving School Kondapur (Opp Shilpa Park), Hyderabad 500084
I had a very bad experience with 'Dhrushya Motor Driving school' in Kondapur (opp to Shilpa Park), where I paid advance Rs.1000/- to refresh my driving knowledge, as agreed in a Santro car (as I was planning to buy a santro). First class he came up with a old Marui 800, which has a steering which does not turn, break/accelarator padals are jammed to the extreme, overall the car was not at all in drivable condition. I requested him to bring Santro/or a better car next day, but the driving instructor did not show up next 3-4 days giving some excuses. Called up the owner to complaint about all these, and for refund as I was not happy with the services offered and the car, he agreed to refund full amount. I only completed one class of 3 km. After a long long 2 months follow up, the owner refunded Rs.500/- only though he initially promised to refund 1000/- back as it was one day and 3 km. I requested him to cut charge for 3 km training and refund the balance, he did not agree. 2 months follow up, for at least 20 times, and at last 500 refund, that too for an agreement the driving school dishonered, is too much. I request RTO/RTA or the concerend to enquire and get me my full refund.
