I don't understand why no action is taken by the government against companies which charges their customers wrongly. Its a clear case of FRAUD. Reliance communication has indulged many times for BILLING WRONGLY to the customers charging enormous amounts for the services they have never provided.
Recently i was charged extra for the "VPN" services which were never activated by me and never used also.
