    Angry complaint against Reliance communication services



    I have 3 connections from Reliance (CDMA). Recently i submitted my address proofs for address change but i had to visit Reliance Web World more than 3 times to mae sure that the address is changed and that too after lodging multiple complaints in the customer care. But within a week my phone got deactivated. When i called the customer care, a represetative ("Ranjit" as per the representative) my number was deativated because the address varification failed. The reason cited was that the reliance people had called on my number to verify the address but i failed to respond to the call.
    I had not received any calls from Reliance for address verification. He bluntly blamed me for the deactivation of my number. When i asked him to verify whether anyone has indeed called me then he said that he cannot check that. Now i'm asked to go to the Reliance Web World again to submit the address proofs. I don't know what was done with the initial proof that i had submitted? Was a fake numer assigned on that proof to someone with a criminal background i don't know but to be frank "RCOM SUCKS"

    Hi,

    About a month back i activated GPRS on my handset and after that i was normally browsing the reliance site. I was browsing the applications available on site and was just looking at the description provided there. After 2 or 3 days 49/- Rs. got deducted from my balance. I didnt clicked any of the links there to subscribe that service but still these people deduct my money. If I have not clicked any such option to subscribe, WHY WOULD I PAY MONEY FOR THAT SERVICE WHICH I DONT WANT TO USE AND WHICH I AM NOT USING AT ALL.

    I have also face many problem because reliance collection, many time I have loss my balance and when I call to customer care but they can not give response. I have maximum try after some time I will change my SIM card. Now I will use vodafone, they provide best communication services.

    Sorry to say that I am facing very big problem from reliance.
    I am using landline phone more than 9 months and my number is
    9354445767 sorry to say that I am not able to get my landline
    bill from last 5 months and every month I call your customer
    care and they told me they will solve my problem but still i
    am facing that problem. Know tell me what will I do. I am not
    getting my bill. Every time when I call customer care they will
    told me next time I will get my bill on time but still facing the same problem
