Default Seventy MM (70mm Movie Rentals) Telecallers using ABUSIVE LANGUAGE

On 11th January, 2010 at 01:03 PM IST, I received a call from a female SeventyMM (70 MM Movie Rentals) Executive (Name - Pooja), Phone Number - 022 43447130 to sell a promotional offer.

I refused to go for the offer saying I didn't want to pay for movie rentals. To this the executive promptly replied, "You don't have to pay any rent". To which I said "Is it for free then?", her reply to this was "You have to pay a certain amount to enroll for the movie rental plan". To which I said that i'm not interested. What happened after this was the worst experience of telemarketing in my life. The executive banged the phone on my face & while doing that she used the most abusive language & mentioned my father.

I immediately called back on the same number, however the executive picked up the phone & disconnected it. I called back after sometime & directly asked to speak with the Supervisor. I explained the entire scenario to the Supervisor (Name - Chandresh) & he promptly said that he would personally listen to the recorded call in their database, forward the same to his seniors & take appropriate action if the executive is found guilty of using abusive language. I have been calling them up since then, however even the Supervisor is not ready to attend my calls as he is busy in meetings (as described by one of his executives who answered his direct line 022 43447152).

This act cannot be tolerated, telecallers cannot abuse customers this way. Necessary action should be taken against this executive & even the Organization, for hiring & harboring such employees.

Default Seventy MM (70mm Movie Rentals) Telecallers using ABUSIVE LANGUAGE

On 11th March, 2010 at 16:20 IST, I received a call from a female SeventyMM (70 MM Movie Rentals) Executive Phone Number - +91 11 40407020 to sell a promotional offer.

I refused to go for the offer saying I didn't like watching movies. Executive raised her voice & replied, "You should listen to us completely what we want to offer you". To which I said "I do not watch movies, she started using abusive language & tone was very high, on requesting to speak to supervisor, she said speak to me.

I think no once can call & push person to listen to entire sales offer, this is Nuisance.
