which i received today;but it contains 3 sets
completely different from whats shown on tv and
and yr site.even what i received contains 9 sets
excluding the free one where as add on tv shows
only 8 sets.3 of them are defective.the bid mala hv
no earrings.so i want to return them and avail my
money back. what to do...

My order number is: 900849595, i have ordered icell mobile with wespro camcorder from HS18. I received the same but after checking both the products i found that the mobile is not keeping the charge. Even after the full charge and not using mode (just keeping without using) it will automatically switched off after 3 hours back up only. I called the customer care and after one month of rigorous followup I have been asked to send the total product for replacement. After sending I am having the same problem,again after consulting with the GM of Karbon mobile, floor manager and tech. team they send me a charger again after some good time. But again i am facing the same problem. The promise they are doing that they will call after 24/48/72 hours, they are not doing. i hope the problem is there with my Battery which i told to the tech. team. Now I am getting frustrated either send me a good quality battery which will answer my problem or I will return all my products to you as it is not of any use.
Requesting not to break the faith there with HS18. Otherwise wrong sign will be sent to the customers which may hamper the business.

I had purchased one camera Olympus T10 from home shop 18. The camera became faulty and it was send for repair to your Home shop 18 Noida office by blazeflash courier by the shipment Number 190501096.
Home shop 18 is telling that product has not neceived by them, but blazeflash courier is telling that they had delivered the camera.
As can be seen at the website of Blazeflash courier, it is displaying that product has been deliverd.
Kindly recheck at your office.

My order no. is 902405321 . I have ordered "BALLARINI NON STICK PAN SET " IN Feb 2011 . When I opened the parcel , one pan was defective & there were scratches on it . Moreover there was no "BALLARINI " LOGO AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN as the other pan have . I call at center they said to send the pan back at the address "NORTH INDIA TOP CO." I sent it back with courier charges rs.335 on it . And I sent 3 faxes about the details .I already spent Rs.400 in all that . Now they r saying send another fax . How many times I have to send the details .I m fed up all this . I want to know that when i will receive the product back . I will receive it or not . I HAVE VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HOMESHOP18 .

I have purchased Nokia Mobile phone C2-00 from Homeshope18.com against order number 905014409 dt. 02.08.2011 & same deliver on 9th August, 2011 at 3.45pm through Blue dart courier against AWB no 40312573136. After receive the product I found manufacturing defect in set ( display screen not proper stick with set). On same day I visited Nokia care center (Saksham Services – A-1*/1, First floor Acharya Niketan, Mayur ViharPhase 1, delhi) around 6.30pm against token number I3 to show the defect . but these person ask to replace product from buyer because product is new purchase & he will replace within 24 hrs as per Nokia policy & he also agreed set has defect.
I also informed to Homeshope18 same day against complaint number 65886839 dt. 09.08.2011 but still I not get any satisfactory response from him. His executive advice to visit Nokia center which I already do before complain to Homeshope18.
Kindly do the needful to resolve the issue.
Now days very bad response from Homeshope18.com after shopping from him from last two experience. I will not purchase any products from him in further.

I have ordered 10 books almost 10 days back. But they are not delivered yet and no reply too.
HomeShop18 is very bad in delivering stuff in time. They know no other language other than Hindi. Their Hindi mixed English accent is difficult to understand.
I have decided not to buy anything from this company again.

I am to inform you that i am a regular customer of homeshop18 last 5 years back many product beying through online, but last 15 days before i bay a mobile phone (beetel) brand touch screen which is not working like touch pad, and other keys properly,
therefore i request you to kindly change my beetel (Touch screen mobile) and exchange any other brand except beetel.
if necessary i will provide more money as a differential amount.
