Complaint against Century Packers & Movers Complete Mental Harassment ...booked my belongings on 2nd with promise that the luggage would be delivered by 12 pm on 04th Jan..(i now realize this was just a verbal assurance and complete cheating because their receipt does not mention any delivery date or time)
Its been more than 11 hrs post the committed time and the owner Jagdish refuses to take any responsibility...his web site(centurypackersmovers.com) declares so many branches all across the country however he refuses to give the local contact detail...nor does his receipt give me the details.
I insured my belongings for Rs 50,000/- coverage with a payment of Rs 1500/- and i was promised that the receipt would be mailed on my email address by 11 am on 04th Jan and i am yet to receive it..this also seems like a false promise.
Mr Jagdish also openly challenges to approach police or any government body stating he would deliver the entire package as per his will..

I have taken Century Packers and Movers details from justdia.com to transfer my bike from pune to kolkata along with my tata sky and some goods. They promised me to delver in my home address(door to door). But instead of that they dropped my belongings in "bon hogli" which is almost 22 km from my house. which cost me 1200 rs to take those thing to my house. I asked then lots of time to make it in my home but they didn't. my bike is also damaged in verious portion. bikes original sticker was not there. handle is dent. right side body and leg guard is scratched a lot. I talked with Amit for the same but it help me nothing. more over my bike key is not transported. its still in pune. all in all it cost me arrond 3000. Now I would like to know who should take this? and it gave a lot mental pain.

Totally unreliable & unprofessional The worst experience possible. I used Just dial to search for packers and movers and I found Century.
They took my stuff from pune on a sunday, telling me it will be delivered by tuesday morning, tuesday became thursday, friday, saturday and ultimately sunday evening.
To add to the whole bad experince, To my horrer there was stuff missing from my shipment, I had to travel all over bangalore to trace my missing things, I refused to pay them the balance amount, and they suddenly started threatening me, tell me police cannot touch us etc. etc... truly bad service, and I hold Just dial also responsible for my sad story...
