    Default Fraud from Vision Express, East Patel Nagar showroom

    Dear Sir

    This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased one Spectacle from Vision Express, East Patel Nagar Branch, New Delhi on 20 Dec 2009, (Order No- 158) For which I already made full payment of Rs 974. The shopkeepers insist me that the specs will be delivered on 23 Dec 2009 to my address (C- 98, Hosiery Complex Extention Phase II, Noida, UP).
    Despite of making several telephonic calls after the said delivery date to Vision Express east patel nagar branch phone no- (011-45702591), I didn’t get even a proper response.
    Now I don’t think that Vision Express would deliver my spectacles.
    Please suggest me how to proceed further.

    Default Vision Express in Coimbatore - Frauds in brookfields mall -

    I purchased a spectacles for Rs.3600 from Vision Express, Brookfields Mall, Coimbatore, but they have given me a lens which is of lesser quality than my specifications. I had ordered for 1.6 index, so i'm supposed to get a lens very thinner. But they gave me a lens so thick which i could get easily rs.500 outside.

    I have no idea how i'm going to get it replaced. My advice to all is please never visit such showrooms. I have stopped wearing their lens since it was causing a lot of distortion and my Eye doctor had asked me to stopped wearing the spectacles before it does serious damage to my eyes.
    Hope Vision Express gets out of coimbatore soon. It seems its a company part of GrandVision UK.. Hopeless. Titan lenses are far better.
