Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that iam working for DHFL, one of the largest housing finance sector in India. On 28th Nov 2009 i have sent some Housing Loan Documents [Customers Documents, signed cheques etc] pertaining to our valuable customers at Hubbali through Shri Sai Transport & Courier Pvt.Ltd vide POD No.030223274 dtd: 28.11.2009, but till now the same has not been received from DHFL, Hubbali Branch. I asked all Shri Sai transport Customer care nos but no one is responding properly, they are saying only " We are serching" this is the only answer i have received Bangalore and Hubbli customer care executives. Today morning also I asked one Mr. Umesh Pai [Owner of Shri sai transport & Couriewr Pvt.ltd, Hubbali] on his mobile No.9845434694 he is saying that "From morning itself i told 20 times dont ask me anything". after that I tried 0836-2252644, 2252645, 9449873205, 9449873206, 9449873207, 9449873208, 9449873219, 9449873398, 9449873399 and 9449873397 but no one is responding properly. Then finally i called HO no i.e 0240-2347715, 2347716 and the respondent said that "madam is not in the seat she is gone out".
Hence iam requesting you to kindly do the needful because no one is responding properly and no one is ready to take the responsibilites to traceout or deliver the consignment to the consignee.
