Dear Sir / Madam,

I had a purchased a Samsung S5233 ( STAR ) 3G phone on 28th Oct, 2009 in response to frequent calls from India Today Book Club no. (0120)4740400 and transaction ID: 110045039.

While booking the order they had confirmed me that alongwith other features, the phone will also carry 1 GB memory card, which was not found. After committment of speedy delivery within 1 week, i received phone on 1st Dec,09 i.e. 1 month later.

Moreover, they had committed to give 17000/- worth gift vouchers which included:
* 1 Round trip Domestic Air ticket voucher worth Rs. 7000/-
* 2 nights & 3 days holiday voucher of Club Mahindra / Raddison Rs. 5000/-
* Surat Diamond jewellery voucher worth Rs. 5000/-

To my great shock & Surprise, after delivering the mobile, they simply refused to give 1GB memory card, jewellery voucher & Air Ticket voucher.

I mailed them to go through my order phone recordings, but no respose.
