I missed a shipment Waybill No : 42859910144 Reference No : 0932000500097 from Blue Dart. This shipment came from HDFC Bank Chennai.

Actually, delivery boy has not came to door step and they are saying like no such consignee available. How one can say like this?

This is totally vagueness of Blue Dart people. I called many times but they are saying same thing. They are not interested to come at shipment address at once. I invested a lot of money on just calling him.

There should be a huge penalty on Blue Dart. I would like to about legal procedure against Blue Dart

How such type of courier service exists in India.
